Mini-oven-bread machine DeLonghi EOB 2071. I have just started to master it.
I make bread according to the recipe:
- rye 150 g
- wheat - 200 g
-water 250 g
- dry yeast SAF - Moment 11 g.
- sugar, salt 5 g each
- vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
The dough rises well. The machine gives 1 hour 25 minutes for the dough. Looks fine, but does not fill the entire form. It is baked for 40 minutes.
Result: the bread is "two-story". In the process, a pancake is formed at the bottom, about 2-3 cm high and 1.5 cm wider than the base of the "top".
