Ingredients

apples 500g.
eggs 2
sugar 3 + 1 st. l.
flour 3 tbsp. l.
raisins 50 g
liquor 50 ml
corn oil 50 ml
orange 1/2

Cooking method

  • A very light apple dessert.
  • Wash the apples, peel and cut into not very small pieces. Do not rub with a grater, you should get pieces. I drive two eggs into the apples (without whipping); raisins; three tablespoons of sugar (I have sweet apples); three tablespoons of flour with a slide; juice of half an orange; liquor (can be replaced with juice); corn oil (any odorless or butter). Mix everything well, apples should be "smeared" with the mixture. Grease the mold with oil and lay out the mixture. Smooth with a spoon and sprinkle with sugar for a tanned crust. In an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 50 minutes. The top should be browned. Delicious when warm and cold.
