Muesli sweets

Ingredients

Chocolate 200 BC
Flakes "Hercules" (NOT instant) 50 g
Honey 2 tsp
Dried cranberries handful

Cooking method

  • In a non-stick frying pan, melt the honey, add the oatmeal and over very low heat, stirring constantly, cook until golden brown.
  • Cool down. Add cranberries.
  • Melt chocolate in the microwave.
  • Add oatmeal with cranberries to the melted chocolate.
  • Mix well. Put in silicone molds.
  • Smooth out and put in the freezer until hardened.

Note

I had recipe changes:
Instead of honey, I took 2 tbsp. l. sea ​​buckthorn, mashed with sugar.
I used walnuts instead of cranberries.
* Chocolate is better bitter.
