Cranberry & White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

butter 113g
flour 95g
sugar 50g
rice flour 1 tablespoon
corn flour 40g
White chocolate 45g
salt 1/8 h / l
bulk extract 1/2 h / l
nuts 1/3 cup
cranberries (dried) 50g

Cooking method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 150 * C.
  • 2. Grate the chocolate.
  • 3. Wash the cranberries and dry well with a paper towel.
  • 4. Beat butter with sugar for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Combine flour, salt, rice flour and cornmeal in a separate bowl.
  • 6. Combine butter and flour mixture, add grated chocolate and cranberries.
  • 7. Knead the dough well, put it in a split form, level and pierce several times with a fork.
  • 8. If desired, you can sprinkle with any chopped nuts (in the original - pistachios).
  • 9. Send to oven for 40-50 minutes.
