I am grateful. The biscuit turned out to be very interesting, I made it in a slow cooker and did not beat anything - I decided, since the soda will rise by itself. Grated carrots on a coarse grater, replaced some of the eggs with yolks (1: 2). Since proteins were needed in Belev's marshmallow. The dough turned out to be very thick (also with large carrots). Baked in a 5-liter multicooker. Everything rose great and did not drop at all! The biscuit was cut very well. It turned out four rather plump cakes, so it was decided to make two cakes, since one would be tall as a wedding one.
I love whipped cream very much, but I never mixed it with juice, so I made them like you have in your recipe - with the addition of gelatin. I took grapefruit juice - it turned out very well, with a noble bitterness. Since the biscuit turned out to be a lot, I took not 500, but 750 grams of cream. soaked grapefruit cakes with sugar and juice.
Well, very tasty! I thought I'd freeze the second cake to pamper myself later, but fig .. (Sorry for the familiarity). The first half is gone, and the evening has not yet come ...
I will bake this cake more than once! A very good recipe, and in my performance it is not at all laborious (I whipped only cream, and kneaded the dough with a fork). Thank you!
