Fantasy cake with marshmallow-yoghurt souffle

Ingredients

Hot milk sponge cake 1 PC.
For soufflé
yogurt 300 ml.
vanilla marshmallow 250 gr.
cream (milk) 150 ml.
instant gelatin 2 tbsp. l. (20 gr.)
For impregnation
condensed milk 3 tbsp. l.
boiled water 3 tbsp. l.
For glaze
chocolate 50 gr.
butter 50 gr.
milk 50 ml.
crushed nuts to taste and desire

Cooking method

  • Biscuit. Cooking here according to this recipe
    Hot milk sponge cake Let it cool and rest a little.
  • Souffle. Finely chop the marshmallow, fill it with yogurt, forget it for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, beat the marshmallow with yogurt with a blender, dilute the gelatin in hot cream according to the instructions and add it to the marshmallow-yoghurt mass, set it aside so that the soufflé begins to set. Before assembling the cake, beat the mass again.
  • Impregnation. Soak the cakes, cut into 2 parts, with condensed milk diluted in boiled water.
  • Assembly Put one cake in a split mold (if it has not been soaked yet, soak it), carefully pour the souffle mass onto the cake, cover with the second soaked cake, send it to the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. After 5 hours, carefully remove the cake from the mold, sprinkle with nuts and fill with glaze (or vice versa - first glaze, then nuts), send it to the refrigerator for another hour.
  • Glaze: milk + butter + pieces of chocolate we heat in the microwave for 30-40 seconds, mix thoroughly.

I somehow came up with the soufflé on the go, I usually do it a little differently, but now I got such a delicious marshmallow and so wanted to attach it to the cake ... due to the cherry yogurt, the soufflé turned out to be not sugary-sweet and very light, we eat the cake together, we started in the morning- less than half is already left

Vika, yes, the soufflé is quite dense, you can safely add yogurt or subtract gelatin, I think about it myself, but mine are categorically against - they are all just right

You can increase the souffle layer, it will be tastier and higher, I am doing this now, I increase the soufflé layer by 2 times and pour either a thicker layer in the middle, or the second layer from above
In general, for a holiday, out of fast ones, I would recommend this cake, I somehow like it more
