  • Chicken wings with jam
Glass-250 grams. Mix together apple cider jam, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and mustard (I used French) and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the wings, vegetable oil, brown sugar, garlic and ground black pepper, chili, paprika, and salt. Place the wings in a baking dish and brush over the spiced apple jam.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the wings in the oven and bake for 25-40 minutes, until tender, periodically pouring over the gravy.

Make a sauce by mixing sour cream and Sriracha sauce.

If you want something spicy, add more sauce, softer - sour cream. I didn't bother and mixed sour cream with ketchup. I really liked these stripes on the wings. But when I used it, it seemed to me a bit fat, although I also added red pepper to the sauce. In general, do not get carried away with stripes and decorate the chicken when it cools a little, at least for a few minutes, otherwise the stripes change from light to yellow.

Time for preparing:

1 hour.

Cooking program:

Oven.

Note

Sriracha is an Asian hot sauce. It hails from Thailand, and is named after the city of Si Racha in eastern Thailand, where it is believed to be first cooked. Sriracha is also consumed in other Asian countries, such as Vietnam. But the Thai version is spicier and sweeter at the same time than non-Thai ones. The sauce is quite spicy, but at the same time very rich in flavor. Good for almost everything.
