I baked this cheesecake again in Shteba. I always put a lot of raisins in cottage cheese, half of the sugar and dough and replace it with Fit Parade in the filling. Very tasty and fast, impossible to spoil! It was baked in the Element too, due to a different shape it turns out higher than in Shteba, almost a cake.
