Thanks for the answer.
I hope that if I do not interfere with the process. then she will still gather flour in the corners. I really like to put bread at night so that the family has warm bread for breakfast. therefore it is important for me whether the stove can cope without me. With Mulinex, for almost 3 years of operation, such problems have never arisen.
Now the bread is finished in it. The roof sagged a little. I will reduce the amount of yeast and add more flour. I think everything will be fine.

Please tell me how to knead dumplings in this oven? I thought on the 12th program you set the first kneading mode and set the time, for example 15 or 20 minutes. And there are only hours and minutes. Maybe if I did not set the following modes, then after kneading the dough, the time set for the program, it will stop, and this is all over?
Alexandra
Honestly, I didn't get my hands on programming

The "dough" mode (it seems to be number eight) has a first batch of 20 minutes. That's enough.

You have not changed your signature, you still have Mula on it
Banana
At the first kneading on the 12th program, it still heats the dough! How to make dumplings dough, I don't need to heat it. And in general, is it real in principle? Maybe she, in principle, does not have such a regime? And with the signature, I'll wait ........ what if she really doesn't have a cold mix mode? Horrible!!! Then I'll have to change it to another. I do not want
Alexandra
Due to my diabetes, I only work with whole grain dough. Heating is just right for me when mixing. I know that it is mostly French, whole grain and dough. Try the fast setting, sweet pastries, and muffins. And in the programming mode, read whether it is possible to set all stages to zeros except the first.

I can't do dumplings either, so I can't tell you about dumplings
Banana
Thanks for the advice ! I tried to knead a cupcake on the program. I report: the first batch lasts 6 minutes. Then heating starts. It even seemed to me that the heating starts at the 5th minute of the batch. When 6 minutes of mixing ended, I threw off the program, and started it again. And so 3 times in a row. I drove it empty, but I think that during this time the dough (if it was there) would be kneaded well enough. The inner walls of the stove did not get very hot, but the bucket remained cold. It remains to find out on what other programs you can mock the stove in such a way in order to achieve your goal.
Conclusion: you can make dumplings, you just need to adapt.

Anyone familiar with the Bork bm500? The rye turned out to be very worthy, the white one, too, hurray !!! This is in Basic and Unscreened modes.
Now I am interested in the Fast baking mode - it seems to me that the batter is obtained according to my own recipes - or should it be so: for 400 ml of milk 3 measuring cups of flour? That is, in this mode, the kolobok as such does not work? Glass - 230 ml.

Girls, I always use this recipe and have never regretted it, I really like the dough. Dough mode !, you don't need to drop anything, put it in, started it, took it out, stuck it
Dough for pasties and dumplings, for a bread machine

Delicate, thin, elastic - perfectly rolls out and forms.

Ingredients for "Dough for pasties and dumplings, for a bread machine"
• Water (room temperature) - 200 g
• Vodka (gives the dough layering) - 2 tbsp. l.
• Egg - 1 piece
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Wheat flour - 450 g

We load the products into the bowl of the bread machine according to the instructions.

We select the dough mode. In the meantime, our assistant is working, we are going to prepare minced meat for the filling.

Put the finished dough on the table, roll the sausage out of it, cut into the desired pieces, form the cakes and sprinkle them with flour. Well, then we roll out and sculpt what we have in mind - pasties, dumplings or manti!
Bon Appetit

Advice required !!! Last week I bought a Bork BM500 bread maker and tried to bake cheese bread, it seems to have turned out not bad, only the top of the bread sagged. Both the sectional view and the taste reminded the taste of the dough of ordinary pies from the oven, I was a little disappointed, because I wanted a taste closer to store bread. Now I want to try to bake rye bread and add there sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and "5grains" flakes Tell me how best to do it, load it all at once or before the second batch, the recipe says nothing about it. I would be very grateful for any advice.

So I became the owner of bork! And my grief has no chapel ... the bread is HORRIBLE !!!!

I will make a reservation right away that the first bakery appeared in our house as soon as it appeared on the market. It was LG at the time. And that was many years ago. Since then, we have been visited by Panasik, Moulinex, Phillips ... In wild delight, we presented bread makers to all our relatives and friends. That is, I know not by hearsay what a bakery is, how to bake, and what should be obtained.

And here she is, beautiful (the consultant has worked) standing at home instead of the Panasonic, which I wanted to buy. The first 5 loaves just flew into the trash: they did not rise, did not bake, did not fry ...

I changed 4 (!) Types of flour, changed the yeast. I began to warm water with a thermometer (I had never done this before, I always tried it with my finger) ... The bread was baked, but it is NOT TASTY!

I tried old tried and tested favorite recipes, from forums (including yours), from my own recipe book. The bottom line is the same: purchased bread tastes better!
I am shocked and desperate ... I read the reviews. Of course, there are many bad ones. But there are also good ones. But as a rule, those who did not have a breadmaker at home speak well. So I think: maybe good reviews are left by those who have nothing to compare with? Or I’m just not so lucky.

The most depressing thing is that I cannot return or replace the stove: goods for thermal treatment are not subject to return (after use) with proper quality. And "tasteless bread" is not a malfunction of the unit.

Here I read, I read the forums ... I don’t understand how this miracle machine (and the most expensive one) can do something
Lisska
Yes, Alexandra. I read this topic in detail, and your reviews too. But you, as I understand it, only knead the dough in the bread machine, and bake it in the oven. And I needed cotton just for the finished bread

In general, I don't know what to do with it. It's too expensive for a decor item
Alexandra
No, why not? I also baked bread, especially at the beginning. All rye only in Bork. Then I went to the oven - there they are tastier than any cotton can be obtained. But Bork is doing no worse than Panasonic.
Lisska
Well then I just can't figure out why she doesn't want to bake delicious bread
Alexandra
In my opinion, within 2 weeks you can exchange or return any product, even of proper quality. Two options are to replace it with the same model or with a stove from another manufacturer.
Omela
Lisska tasty, tasteless, subjective concepts. Poor-quality baking is a fallen roof, wet crumb, lack of lift, etc. Of course, Bork is not the best HP, but it copes with its task of baking. If you really want to figure out what the matter is, I suggest you conduct an experiment and photograph everything in the photo, namely the bun, the dough before baking, the bread itself and the cut. Then you can figure it out and try to find the reasons for your failures. I propose to take the recipe this because it is tested specifically for Bork. The bread is delicious not only for me.

Alexandra
Omela,: flowers: why not "the best", a good stove with a programming function, bucket and display backlighting and a touch screen. All this was not in my Panas. And very stylish.Cooking is no worse than others. I love her dearly

But you can't be cute by force. You can and should try and do debriefing. But if you don't like it, you can change it. It's almost like choosing a groom, it's a very delicate matter
Here, just in case, is a link to the consumer protection law about exchanges and returns

Omela
Alexandra not the best, IMHO, because during kneading you need to help with a spatula - this time. And two - the bucket is worn out on the ribs, the bread cannot be pulled out on its own.
Alexandra
I don't know, this is something individual. I help sometimes, when I'm impatient myself. But she copes well without me - yesterday she kneaded the dough for whole grain rolls perfectly. What does it mean you can't pull it out on its own? A couple of times the scapula remained with me, a special key is attached there, I pulled it out. And so he jumps out of the form as cute. Maybe leave it for a couple of minutes after it's ready, not shake it out right away? It seems there is no rub, I come and see.

Well, in general, I'm not talking about that. For everyone (or almost everyone), his stove is the most, but I would not impose it on anyone.
Lisska
Within 2 weeks, it is possible to return or exchange the equipment for the heat treatment of products only in case of a malfunction. And "tasteless bread" is not a malfunction.

Mistletoe, it is clear that everyone has their own concept of tasty-tasteless. But I know what a bakery is, and what and how is baked in it. Therefore, I can compare. For the purity of the experiment, we baked one recipe in different bread makers: mom in Panasonic, grandmother in LG, friend in Phillips, and I, respectively, in bork. The result is different everywhere! But inedible only in bork. By the way, the recipe was taken from the same kefir, the link to which you gave. Grandma and Mom ate it in one go at dinner! Our Borkovsky ate the grandmother's dog ...

The bread is not raw, it is baked normally, rather soft, while it is hot, crispy, it does not knead in the hands like clay, when pressed, it immediately takes its original shape ... In general, everything seems to be right. But it is impossible to eat it! Chews - like plasticine is smeared over the mouth ... And it does not rise enough (in any case, the same recipe in Panasica and LG turns out to be airier and lighter) ...

In general, I can, of course, repeat the process and photograph everything, only visually it is normal. In the evening I will repeat the process with this recipe (although I am already typing, my husband is also upset, because it was his gift).

And the fact that in a square shape the dough has to be helped with a spatula is an unpleasant fact. But one could turn a blind eye to him, as she bakes delicious bread.

I use two x / p - Panasonic at my mother and Bork at home. The difference, of course, is, and for my taste - not always in favor of Panasonic. For example, I like dough more in Bork. In addition, it is good that there is a timer for the dough - very convenient if I want to make pies in the morning, on the path. In Panasonic, the timer is only for bread. Bread in Bork is not as airy as in Panasonic, but this is exactly what I like more. Recipes from the "native" book should be adjusted mainly in the direction of reducing the amount of yeast. In general, for almost all the recipes I tried, the bread worked well. And delicious - in both x / n.

Ladies and Gentlemen! If you want a headache - buy BORK BM SBA 1062. A year ago we bought this sample of Chinese products. And now there are problems. You will forget about aesthetics and design if you look at the mechanical stuffing of this miracle of technology. I suppose that initially the designers of the PRC did not envisage that this design would serve for more than a year. Hands must be torn off for this design idea. Now I'm thinking - whether it's a miracle to send to the trash, or to collect a screw on a new one, as it should be. Do not believe me - ask about the impressions in the service shops.

Three months of stove, I bake 2 times a week, before that I didn't even fry pancakes, and now I'm even doing experiments on recipes. Great stove

Zhorzhevna,

Oh, I don't even know how to say ...

In general, of course, I understand that everyone, even the most worthy brands, have a marriage, but I confess honestly, I'm killed

In general, today I received the stove ordered on the Internet from the Technopark, unpacked it, prepared it for work, read the instructions and a cool book of recipes, and decided to use it to make a small loaf of whole grain bread (they call it Wholemeal Bread).
I loaded everything as expected, turned it on - it buzzed, but the blade does not spin.
She paused, took out the bucket, reinstalled it several times. The instructions say that this may be from improper installation of the bucket or when there is too much dough. Neither reason is appropriate. As you yourself understand, I know how to install a bucket, and a recipe from their book for a small loaf. I installed the second round empty bucket instead of the rectangular one. The same blade is attached to it. Empty - the blade is spinning. But one has only to put at least a tiny piece of dough - the blade stops, and only the shaft on which it is set too loosely rotates. In the end, I took out everything, mixed the dough with my hands and tried it with both buckets - one picture.
Later my husband came, with the technique, he was on you, he said that the blade does not sit on the shaft, the hole is too free.
There were also moments that I managed to pay attention to. During the cooking process, the display is blocked, for example, I pressed pause, a program hung on it for several minutes - the key icon appears. Unlock written by pressing and holding one key and simultaneously pressing another - DOES NOT WORK. I tried it three times. You have to disconnect from the network, wait 10 minutes and re-enable the program.
Display buttons, especially Start, do not always work from the first press, from the third time and you have to press hard.
A big plus if everything worked - there is a program that you can program yourself. However, I noticed that the second rise of it is an obligatory stage, it cannot be reset to zero, that is, you cannot put rye bread.
The modes in the recipe book are very creatively used, rye, depending on what other flour is added, it is suggested to bake both in the main, and in whole grain, and in the French mode.
So the attempt was made to make whole grain bread as they advise, in the French regime. By the way, they have different recipes with wholemeal flour and wholemeal flour, and the modes for them are different, and there are also mixtures. Well, in general, I will scan it and post it. If I have time, tomorrow I will demand money back in accordance with the change in the law on consumers ...

And the hand did not raise the dough to throw it away, kneaded it with my hands and now in the oven I am baking a round country type.

I combined 2 of their recipes

Their recipe number 1 (weight of a loaf 750 g):COARSE-GRINED FLOUR BREAD

Water 220 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 3/4 tsp
Baking powder for wheat flour (improves the taste of bread, activates the fermentation process and is softer than baking powder for wheat flour) 20 g
Wheat flour of coarse grinding 380 g.
Dry yeast 3/4 sachet
Program: French pastries

Their recipe # 2 (weight of a loaf 750 g) COARSE-GRINDED FLOUR BREAD

Milk 220 ml
butter or margarine 20 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Wheat flour of coarse grinding 380 g.
Dry yeast 3/4 sachet
Program: Basic Mode
MY RECIPE

Milk 0% 220 ml
mustard oil 20 g
Salt 1 tsp
Fructose 1 tsp
Wheat flour of coarse grinding 380 g.
Dry yeast 1 1/4 tsp
Panifarin 3 tsp
Forex (I use it for the first time, it seems like this is a baking powder for wheat and mixed flour) 1 tsp.

2 dough lifts,

Baking in the oven at first heated to 225 degrees and sprinkled with water from a spray bottle, 15 minutes at 225 and then 180.

Frankly, everything went well with the rise of the dough, but I really wanted to sleep - I decided to speed it up, slightly warmed up the oven at a minimum, up to 40 degrees, and put the loaf in there for the second rise. It rose ideally, and then took it out while the oven was warming up, somehow it crawled slightly and lost its initially attractive "presentation". And it tastes like normal gray bread, with a crispy crust like a ciabatta (this is due to the injection of water and the creation of steam, I think it worked) ...

That's it...

PS They have persuaded me now, they will bring a new replacement stove tomorrow, they promised that they will thoroughly check on the spot, and I will accept and check all the functions myself, and the rotation of the blade, and the display.
They swear that they had the first complaint, there was nothing like that.
Well, if the second attempt is unsuccessful, I'll take the money, now it can be done within 7 days from the date of purchase ...

If everything works and zhzhzhuzhit, but at the same time the blade does not spin, then most likely the drive belt has come off. You can check this as follows: turn off the e-stove and turn the blade, if it spins freely, like a top, then this is our case. To eliminate the malfunction, disassemble the stove from top to bottom and remove the pulley on the blade shaft, pull the belt over the pulley and assemble in the reverse order and everything works. Well, at the same time, you need to look at the condition of the belt, the assembly time is about an hour in the absence of experience. Who made it so that the back cover cannot be removed separately, so the operation with the belt would take 10 minutes, and so you have to disassemble everything ... Chinese or Germans? most likely Germans)
