Incredibly stylish design. Lightweight and compact. In addition to the programs listed above, there is "Home baking" - that is, the user program, apparently, you can program yourself.
But - I don’t know whether it’s good or bad - both buckets are tiny, 750 and 900 grams. That is, it is convenient for lovers of numerous and frequent experimenters to bake small loaves for testing - but if it is serious for a family, a large bread maker is better.
There is a window for "peeping", but I did not come across a mention of a signal for planting nut-seeds (maybe I just read it inattentively).
A decent recipe book - the impression is that many of the recipes from Smellwood and our site have been previously reviewed. Or at least we studied the demand of the population :)

In general, today I received the stove ordered from the Technopark on the Internet, unpacked it, prepared it for work, read the instructions and a cool book of recipes, and decided to use it to make a small loaf of whole grain bread (they call it Wholemeal Bread)
I loaded everything as expected, turned it on - it buzzed, but the blade does not spin.
I paused, took out the bucket, reinstalled it several times. The instructions say that this can be from improper installation of the bucket or when there is too much dough. Neither reason is appropriate. As you yourself understand, I know how to install a bucket, and a recipe from their book for a small loaf. I installed the second round empty bucket instead of the rectangular one. The same blade is attached to it. Empty - the blade is spinning. But one has only to put at least a tiny piece of dough - the blade stops, and only the shaft on which it is too loosely rotates. In the end, I took out everything, mixed the dough with my hands and tried it with both buckets - one picture.
Later my husband came, with the technique he was on you, he said that the blade does not sit on the shaft, the hole is too free.
There were also moments that I managed to pay attention to. During the cooking process, the display is blocked, for example, I pressed pause, a program hung on it for several minutes - the key icon appears. Unlock written by pressing and holding one key and simultaneously pressing another - DOES NOT WORK. I tried it three times. You have to disconnect from the network, wait 10 minutes and re-enable the program.
The display buttons, especially Start, do not always work from the first press, from the third time and you have to press hard.
A big plus if everything worked - there is a program that you can program yourself. However, I noticed that the second rise of it is an obligatory stage, it cannot be reset to zero, that is, you cannot put rye bread.
The modes in the recipe book are very creatively used, rye, depending on what other flour is added, it is suggested to bake it mainly in whole grain and in French mode.
So an attempt was made to make whole grain bread as they advise, in the French regime. By the way, they have different recipes with wholemeal flour and wholemeal flour, and the modes for them are different, and there are also mixtures. Well, in general, I will scan and post it. If I have time, tomorrow I will demand money back in accordance with the change in the law on consumers ...

And the hand did not rise to throw out the dough, I kneaded it with my hands and now in the oven I am baking a round country type.

I combined 2 of their recipes

Their recipe # 1 (loaf weight 750 g):COARSE-GRINED FLOUR BREAD

Water 220 ml

And the taste is normal gray bread, with a crusty crust like a ciabatta (this is due to the injection of water and the creation of steam, I think it worked) ...

PS They have persuaded me now, they will bring a new replacement stove tomorrow, they promised that they will thoroughly check on the spot, and I will accept and check all the functions myself, and the rotation of the blade, and the display.
They swear that they had the first complaint, there was nothing of the kind.

And there is also a mode specifically for baking yeast-free bread - but according to the hemocode, just yeast is impossible ...

And the design of this whole series is stylish, I wanted to pair it with the grill ...

In general, one more attempt. If I'm not lucky the second time, I will continue to live without a bread machine. Panas is no longer mine

Incorrectly described in the instructions about the unlocking procedure. It says, press one key and, while holding it, press the second, but just now Pavlik-Pasha told me, you need to press them sequentially.

They brought me a replacement stove today. And what do you think? It was not a defective stove (although I replaced it all), but BLADES!. In the first, they not only dangled freely, but the shape itself was different - straight and very short. And in this one, both blades in the kit are larger in size and bent angle, so it will be much more convenient to knead. And they sit like a glove.

I just accepted it at work, returned the old one, and now I'm testing it - I brought from home the products measured on the scales for a small loaf of white bread, the simplest from the instructions for my Panasonic 253, this one already tested.
Now the first batch has passed, it is worth breaking up. I will leave without waiting for the end, but my colleague, with whom my Panas has now registered, will finish it and call me to tell me about the result. If all is well, I'll take it home tomorrow, if not ...

This is the first time I use pressed ones. Replaced 2.5 tsp. for 15 g pressed.
It is strange that it bubbled even when baking, and the roof remained flat - maybe because it baked only from a wound of flour.
I can taste it only tomorrow at 11 o'clock, I have diabetes and, accordingly, my own dietary system, which includes, in particular, the use of cereals (porridge or bread made from coarse flour) only once a day in the morning until 12 in limited quantities.
The family tried and approved. The smell, crust and sectional view are like a purchased brick of gray bread, slightly denser.

Now, in the second recipe, I used pressed yeast and for the first time kefir sourdough.
After the second kneading, on your advice, I took out the dough, kneaded a little, made a bun. She took out the blade and placed the bun in the bucket. I bake in the main mode, but I didn't have any more deboning, one continuous rise before baking - more like the Rye mode, which is not in Bork. That is, so far I have done without programming, by manual means.

Already baked. I'll tell you the result soon

For two days of operation, no problems were revealed. Everything works normally.
During the first batch, there was some creak at a certain position of the kolobok, but now everything is worn down and no extraneous sounds are observed. I baked five loaves, so far according to the simplest recipes. The touch panel is comfortable, a light touch is enough. Regarding unlocking: apparently inaccurate translation, or changes in the stove program. And the recipe book is flawed in my opinion: most of the recipes are given for the main BASIC mode. Maybe it should be so? I'm not a baker, I'm just learning.
Regarding programming: the second ascent can be changed within 5-120 minutes. If you ask 5 minutes, then this is practically nothing. May my senior comrades correct me.
