Nadia, it's a great charlotte.
By the way, I also put two baking cycles in 50.

This is how it was written a little earlier:
Quote: DrZed

The biggest difference is the buttons, they are not pressed and are completely touch-sensitive, this is correct and logical (for the evolution of technology), but you will have to get used to the new buttons. To turn on the desired mode, you need to "put" your finger and wait for the reaction of the stove. Or "apply" this several times for circular mode switching.
Nadinn
Yes Yes! I confirm! You need to "poke" to find the right place that reacts to touch, and everything will be ok. And the start button must be held for a few seconds, and then the selected program will turn on. And to cancel the selected program, the heating-cancel button must also be held down.
julia_byb
I’ve already tried everything. And she kept her finger on the button for a minute, and poked all the buttons 100 times. ... What to do...?!?

I prepared Goodfood from dry starter culture, ultra-pasteurized milk, whey also left. What could be the reason?

Thanks to all!!! Of course it was the milk. Store milk, and even 1.5% fat. Earlier, when I made yogurt without a multicooker, I got normal on the heating pad. Next time I'll try it at home. boiled milk.

anutka_mama: Varenichki Very beautiful !!! How long did it take to steam?

The sponge cake is nicely baked.

And as for yogurt, I read carefully at my leisure the label from Actimel, there is a modified starch in the composition. Maybe from it (starch) in the store yogurt such a "creamy" structure. IMHO. How many times have I made yogurt, both from store milk and from homemade, and in a cartoon, and on a heating pad, and never have I made just such, in structure it did not work. Although the taste is much tastier.

If you ask me, then I never timed a certain time. I watched him periodically. As soon as it started to thicken, I put it in the refrigerator. I don't like sour.
Of course, I understand that I did not follow the technology exactly, but the product did not disappear ...

Can you set the time less? For 4 hours, and the rest of the time, let it stand in warm water until morning and put it in jars in a water bath. Make a new one from dry sourdough and if you like the taste, consistency, then leave it for re-fermentation. Remember to pour boiling water over the yogurt jars.
And look at this link... Did you fail?

Hello everybody! I want to get a multicooker, but I can't decide what to buy. After rereading many reviews, I came to the conclusion that a beginner multivar will not have as many problems with the model under discussion as with more expensive multi-pressure cookers. but still, please tell me if the instructions for use meet the real technical requirements and is the cover of the saucepan itself strong enough?
* Anyuta *
Quote: Nika13

Is the saucepan's coating strong enough?

it is possible to speak about the coating of the pan only after a year of using the MW, that is, so to speak, fire / water and copper pipes have to pass .. early .. Even 2-3 months of use will not be an indicator for a pan ...
In general, the previous models (in particular, I can say for 60) - the pan is just shine!

Hopefully, this model is no worse. I read a lot about the 60, but it is not so roomy. And what about the instructions, will a beginner be able to deal with the controls?

55 is slightly different from 60 in the presence of a touch screen ... but in general, I think that you will understand everything ...
Well, as a matter of fact, everyone has learned to use cell phones - and here it is not more difficult ...
Nadinn
Nika-13.

There is nothing difficult to manage. The instruction is written more or less sensibly. I am also a beginner, this is my first multicooker and I figured it out perfectly.

And about the bowl, so far there are no scratches on it. True, I do not climb into it with metal spoons. So buy it, you won't regret it.

Yes, I read about the Mulinex pressure cooker of horror stories,: - \ in many reviews people complain that almost everywhere they need a scientific method, but I just don't have that much time to do scientific research in this area, and the kitchen is not my favorite place to be honest

Recently I met a recipe here on the forum, and it seems even in the Dex multicooker, the meat is in French, if I'm not mistaken, the man shared, but now I can't find it, people help !!! who knows where there is such a recipe, throw the link pliz !!!!

So! I matured with a report.
We need to start with the fact that a kind man gave me his Panasonic cartoons to use. The one that is 2 liters. It happens the same. : crazy: Have her extra was. In a word, I am very grateful to my friend. After trying, I realized that I cannot live without this technique.

Therefore, since I have experience using a multicooker, this will be rather a comparison.

With my (hooray, mine !!) Dex 55, I already managed to cook oatmeal, bake a lemon pie and make a roast at home with veal (many recipes from the book that came with the kit (albeit slightly modified)). Everyone liked everything! Everything worked out, nothing escaped, nothing burnt))

Bowl.

Choosing a cartoon, I went shopping, touched, smelled, and many multi frankly stinked to me.
This one, when I unpacked mine, well ... smelled passably. Chan hardly stank at all. I turned on the steam function and poured 2 liters of water, boiled it for an hour. Poured water. Chan completely stopped emitting any smell. After a few meals, the cartoon still gives off a slight smell (yes, it is worth clarifying - I have a super sensitive nose), I suspect that the steam valve itself stinks (plastic when in contact with steam). I hope it will pass.

The dishes are delicious, without any extra smell or taste.
The bowl itself is so heavy, weighty. In Panasonic there was a truth for 2 liters but much lighter. From a different alloy, I think.

Buttons.
In Panasonic, the buttons had to be pressed, but I did not feel any discomfort with the touch buttons. I got used to it right away.

Drip collector, or rather its absence.
This is what I was most afraid of. Panasonic had a drip tray. You open the lid, the water flows all into it. There is no drip tray in this cartoon. But this is not much of a problem.
When the lid is opened, the drops are trapped by the rubber rim of the lid, and the rest drain into the recess around the bowl. I have never had them until they got inside under the bowl, since this was interfered with by a side with a height of 2-3 mm. I found a way out for myself in the fact that when I open the lid, I keep a napkin or towel at hand so that, if anything, to collect excess water. It's not too difficult.

I was very pleased with the removable inner cover. In Panasonic, this was the most problematic moment. It was difficult to wash it. Here I took off and washed.))) Beauty! The valve is also easy to open and clean.
The recipes, however, in a book, are written or translated with one left ...
They need to be very much corrected.
In general, the cartoon still makes me very happy, it makes life easier and I want to cook with it !!! And this is the main thing.
I hope someone will find my thoughts useful.
If someone has any questions about the cartoon, write, I will answer))))
(I will try to post a photo soon)

Girls! Already two times there was such garbage, the first time when the charlotte was burnt, the second when I was frying the garlic at the maximum rate ... I tell you: the cartoon squeaked several times at the end, although there was still half an hour left, then two characters appeared on the screen like Є3 "and it hung It only helped to pull it out of the socket. I logically understand that it was she who told me about overheating, but why did not react to cancellation, off, etc. Reassure me
G-Host
And no one had such a problem that in the "muffin" mode the multicooker automatically switches to the heating mode after about 5 minutes after the start of the program? I forcibly try to turn on the "cake" again - again it immediately goes into heating. And only from the third run does the "cake" turn on normally.
Nirafa
In the "Cupcake" mode, baked. Everything was OK. Try to contact the service center. There may be electronics problems.
I didn't bring it to overheating, although I fried it at 160 degrees ... everything was in order.
I wish everyone an early resolution of the problems.
I cooked borscht in a cartoon today! It turned out to be excellent!
First, in the "frying" mode with an open lid at 120 degrees, I fried the frying, added a tomato and a beet. Filled it with bouilline, added potatoes and crust and 30 minutes for the "soup" program))) Maybe someone will do it.
Nika13
So I decided to say a few words about the multicooker.I don’t regret what I bought, but if there were no such forums from where you can get useful information, everything would be much more complicated. I liked almost everything I did, but there was a problem - the Fig mode does not seem to work. When I turn on Start, the cooking time is not counted, and the cartoon itself is silent like a fish. the first time I did, then everything stood there, then after a while the cooking time jumped out for 8 minutes, when it boiled, the pilaf was almost ready, I put it again, everything repeated, but the pilaf was already ready. I thought that maybe it should be so. but yesterday I was afraid to take risks, I was waiting for my girlfriends for a bachelorette party, because when the cartoon again did not show signs of work, I waited for 15 minutes and put on Cupcake mode. It took about 30 minutes to prepare, and then while everyone gathered for another 1 hour, it stood in heating mode. As a result, everyone forgot about the diet and praised my pilaf.
Tell me, is this a problem with the cartoon, or what trick is there? although in any case I will not carry it for repairs, because the Rhys mode, as it turned out later, is not so necessary, but nevertheless it is interesting that I had it ...
