The bread is still warm, the taste is also interesting. Everything is strictly according to Yana's recipe. You don't have to look into the oven. Everything goes on as usual there.

Yana, thanks again for the recipe for this bread! He got accustomed with us, he goes with a bang. I cooked it more than once, and I will definitely repeat it.

But a question arose. Yesterday I baked bread, wrapped it in baking paper (like parchment) and a towel. And soon she noticed that the side on which the bread was lying was a little washed out. I turned it over on the other side - the other was also slightly creased. What do you think, what could be the reason?

The reason is condensation from hot bread. Baking paper does not allow steam from the bread to pass through and moisture condenses on it. The crust becomes soft and does not hold its shape, the bread crumples under its own weight. If you covered hot bread paper with a towel (not parchment), but on top with an ordinary one or just a towel without baking paper, then there would be no such crunching effect.

I baked this bread by slightly modifying the recipe:

Pressed yeast - 8 g
Wheat flour, premium grade - 450 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Honey - 2 tbsp. l.
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp l.
Butter - 10 g
Sesame oil - 30 g
Milk - 310 ml
Mode "Basic", size M, crust "Medium", pitch on the timer.

Compared to sesame seeds on water, the crumb is denser and less moist. Surprisingly, there is very little crumbling when slicing. And absolutely unmatched taste of toast made from it, they just crumble in your mouth.

Good day! Yesterday I baked bread according to this recipe - just a fairy tale, thanks to the author Already in the process of eating, the following question arose: is it always necessary to fry sesame seeds before sending them to the bread maker (I do not mean sprinkling on top)? Or can you put it like this? Will the bread lose its aroma and taste from this?

I never fry seeds. The aroma of bread is already incomparable!
Amiga
I don’t fry either.
I fully subscribe to the incomparable scent! The bread is excellent and always gets the highest score!

Thank you very much Yana! : rose: Not the first recipe I've tried, but the first tip. Wonderful taste, only slightly with my additives: instead of the usual, sour milk, vanilla sugar 2 tsp., Ground nuts 1.5 tbsp, and I also added 50 grams of semolina, i.e. 400g. flour + 50 gr. decoys. The main mode, size-L, but with a crust got excited and put the middle one, the sides are slightly tanned, you need a light one.

Can you replace honey with sugar? I have buckwheat honey, I'll try it on it.
