Crispy potatoes in beer batter

Ingredients

Batter:
beer 1 glass
sunflower oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
flour 4-5 st. l.
salt taste
Medium potatoes 6-8 pcs.
I do everything by eye

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their uniforms. Peel and cut into thick slices.
  • The batter should turn out like thick sour cream.
  • Dip potato slices in batter and fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
