Gel, thanks, I will reduce the amount of yeast.
tenidia
Do you fry the cereal or put it raw? Somewhere they wrote that it was necessary to fry.
Zest
I take a rough Hercules and put it in a bucket. I don't fry anything. I don't really like Nordic in this bread. It completely "dissolves" and is lost. But many people like its delicate texture better.

Girls, made this bread on fermented baked milk (350 ml fermented baked milk + a little water, since the fermented baked milk was thick). A very pleasant aftertaste comes from her!

Zest,
Thank you for this recipe! What is especially pleasing is that bread always turns out, there were no punctures with it! This is today's:

Bread 5 cereals
Luysia
Crochethow cute, so gray!

I just bought the "9 cereals" flakes, I'll try it tomorrow.

And lately I've been baking a gray one with nuts - Village from Owl.

I like it very much, but I need to try new things too!

And if there is no bran, increase the flakes accordingly, or what?

Yeah, that's what I do, and the cereals are also interchangeable, I sometimes bake this bread with one kind of cereal, it's also great! Yesterday I added a mixture of sunflower and pumpkin seeds, sometimes I mix all the seeds that I can find, it's great with Fitness Mix!

I didn't get so pretty. Delicious, but the roof has sunk a bit.

P.S. Hell, as Tselistina counted:

"In general, like this: 250 wheat (along with the one that was added during kneading) and 190 rye."
Crochet, please specify what you put and how much for such a handsome man.
Crochet
Luysia ,
I laid everything strictly according to the recipe (with the exception of wheat flakes, I did not have them, so I replaced them with others). I poured flour:
Wheat-225 gr (1.5 cups)
Rye-195 gr. (1.5 cups)
Everything else is the same as that of the author of the recipe.
Luysia
Thank you, Crochet, I will try more with other flakes
(maybe in "9 cereals" there was something not suitable for this bread !?)

Luysia,
No, it's hardly a matter of cereals, I baked with different ones. Did you like the taste of the bread? When I baked for the first time, my bread also sagged a little, the second time I added 4 tsp. panifarina, the roof turned out to be a dome, and the last time it was baked strictly according to the recipe, and it also seems like nothing happened ... Maybe just a little less water?
Luysia
I liked the taste of this bread, I have no panifarin (until I arrived from Kiev). I will reduce the water, I want beautiful bread!

And in "9 cereals" there are also soybeans, and corn, and millet, and barley flakes and flax seeds.
Goddess_Irina

I tried this bread today. It turned out great. Delicious, crispy ... I also added a quarter of a glass of sunflower seeds and a quarter of pumpkin seeds to the dough. Generally a fairy tale. The children liked it so much Here is a photo report:

Dev_Dimon, beautiful bread turned out! And you probably cut him hot?
Dev_Dimon
Yes, hot ... There was no time to wait for it to cool down. Mom left and took half with her ...

Dear lovers of cereals, tell me: do the cereals dissolve completely during baking? I wonder why. It was thought that they would remain there, like seeds)

The second question is whether the bread should rise. How much, in your opinion, it rises for you. I made a half dose and, judging by the appearance, the volume is the same as if the dough was simply kneaded.
rinishek
Zest, Thanks a lot for the recipe! The bread is so delicious! I also added malt - 1/3 teaspoon - for color. I liked the bread so much that ...! what? Yes, we will often bake here!
And the flakes really do dissolve. It seems to me that a different recipe is needed for greater wholeness of the grains - for example. dispersed grain

indeed, the experiment was more than successful!

Yeah, a variety of seeds fit very well into this bread. Good health to you and your children!

The flakes dissolve in the dough. After all, they absorb water, swell and soften. If you want something to crunch under your teeth, add your favorite seeds.

And of course bread should rise. Not as high as pure wheat, but should be about "above half-below the rim" of the bucket, depending on the quality of the yeast flour. I'm talking about the full norm, I haven't tried the half.

Eat to your health! And, of course, you can add malt to the recipe to your liking.

I have already baked 3 breads, according to your recipe - I take off my hat ... My son and I have found a middle ground - he loves white, and I - black. Delicious!!
Mamsla
I found a recipe for this bread in recipes for Panasonic-253, I decided to try it, but first, see if anyone has baked it and what people are saying. So, the bread turned out to be amazingly tasty, just the way I love it. All day I carry on a piece, I'm afraid my experiments with baking will end in disastrous for the figure ...
Mamsla
But the loaf does not turn out to be high ... Features of the dough?
taty
Girls are boys who are not against experiments, soak or pour boiling water over cereals and cornmeal and the like (grains, bran ...)
at night 1 to 1, and in the morning add in this form, this is how I get a higher loaf
Zest
Quote: Mamsla

But the loaf does not turn out to be high ... Features of the dough?

Yeah. There the ratio of rye flour to wheat flour is 50 to 50. Plus bran and flakes. It will not be as high as pure wheat bread.
Mamsla
But taste-oo-oo-oo-oo ... The whole family appreciated it! "The most delicious bread," they say.

Zest, tell me, do you need any oil here?

for some reason there is no oil in the main recipe, but it is written below that they add 3 tbsp. l.olive oil.

Bread "5 cereals"

Category:
Yeast bread

Cooking program:

Oven on the Rye program.

What mode would you recommend for the Panasonic SD-2500 stove?
Cathome
Good day!
I baked this bread. I put flour, without bothering, in as many grams as it is approximately written in the recipe.
I threw sunflower seeds 70 g.
I must say that a cup (or rather a glass) from Panasonic SD-257 is clearly not the same as that of 253, since it contains at least 205 g of wheat flour.
Therefore, special thanks for indicating the approximate weight.

It's hard to tell what's inside as it was still hot at the time of the photo. I cut off a piece with me to work - it was crumpled at the cut, but it’s not clear if it’s not cool yet, or there’s too much liquid.
It tastes awesome!
shlyk_81
I don't have a rye program. What else can you bake?
COGT
I do not have such a program in LG either, I bake bread in the Main mode. Good at it
shlyk_81
In general, I did the rye bake as always. First, I kneaded on the Dough mode, then stood for 1.5 hours and an hour on the baking mode. The baking has just begun, then I will unsubscribe what happened.
shlyk_81
Has already baked 3 times. The first time in manual mode - not very high, but it was delicious - the children ate it warm. The second time I did it on the main program - it turned out great. And the third time I decided to measure the flakes not with an ordinary tablespoon, but with a measured one from cotton, as a result, they turned out to be smaller and I had to add flour during the kneading process. But it can be seen little added, although this time the bun was the most beautiful, and it rose perfectly - the roof fell through (((
Dobrina
tell me, the recipe requires 2 tbsp. l one or the other flakes ... but there is just a mixture of 5 cereals, how many to put them in the dough on the recipe (exactly as much as separately st. l. different flakes)

Dobrina, that's right, you need to add up all the flakes and add exactly as many spoons of five-grain flakes, that's exactly what I did !!!

Successful bread !!!

Tell me what's wrong?
This is the second time I bake this bread and the second time the "roof" falls down during baking. It rises very well, and when the oven starts in about 5-10 minutes. falls.
The first time I thought it was due to the fact that before baking I opened the HP to grease with an egg and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. The second time I decided not to smear and not to pour. And the same result. But the bread itself is very tasty and the next day it is soft and tasty.
I do this:
yeast - 2 tsp (yeast is good, I bake simple bread on them and everything is fine).
premium baking wheat flour - 1,1 / 2 cups (cup 240 ml.)
rye flour - 1.1 / 2 cups
A mixture of 5 cereal cereal flakes that do not require cooking - 11 tbsp. l. (from HP)
salt - 2 tsp
sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
powdered milk - 2 tbsp. l.
water - 350 ml.
vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
I bake on the main program, roll 900 gr. medium crust.
Again, the bread is very tasty and I want to bring it to perfection in appearance.
Acoustics
Oh yeah! This is why it was worth buying a bread maker) my favorite bread
mandarina73
Wheat flour 1 1/2 tsp
Rye flour 1 1/2 tsp. Please tell me how much will it be in grams? thanks, the question has disappeared, thanks to the "village stove"

Thanks to the author for a wonderful recipe! did not expect such a result !! even the roof was slightly crushed by the lid of the bread machine, or rather by the despenser. But that didn't ruin him at all. Super, bookmark

What a beauty!!! Olya, did you lay everything according to the recipe in the first post, and baked on the rye mode? I also took it out of the HP now, the roof fell through, it's very insulting (

No need to follow the recipe, no need! Only the flour-liquid balance is observed and the topic The bread rises, but falls inward. Causes.

After all, we all have different baking conditions, and the ingredients are also different ... read the topic above.
