Bread Polenta

Ingredients

Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Corn flour 50 g
Whole grain flour 50 g
Wheat flour 1 grade 400 g
Sea salt 1.5 tsp
Honey 3 tbsp. l
Butter 25 g
Water 300 ml

Cooking method

  • Put the components in the container according to the instructions for your HP.
  • In Panasonic, first yeast, then flour. Place salt, honey and oil in different corners of the container.
  • Set the baking mode Basic, size L, crust of a low degree of roasting (you can also on medium).
  • Before baking, you can moisten the top with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

water - 180 ml
plum oil - 15 gr
honey - 1.8 tbsp. l.
salt - 0.9 tsp
flour of 1 grade - 240 gr (put 180 - there was no more)
whole grain flour - 30 gr (put 90, because - see above)
corn flour - 30 gr. (it was possible to have more, that is, to compensate for the missing flour of the 1st grade not only with whole grain, but also with corn, but I decided to leave so much for the first time)
yeast - 0.9 tsp
Mode in x / p Binatone 2169 - Basic, crust - medium. Output weight - 490 grams.
10 minutes before baking, she anointed with warm milk and sprinkled with sesame seeds, and this, you see, frightened off the dome.
Taste report tomorrow, it cools down on the wire rack and will cut it in the morning. I guarantee the photo of the cut!

They cut it yesterday before going to bed, as soon as it had time to cool down.
It tastes delicious. It turned out sweetish, but this is because of my honey, next time I will slightly reduce and change linden for sweet clover. But delicious bread. Due to the increased amount of whole grain flour, the yellowness was slightly lost. I will cook with flour and repeat it strictly according to the recipe. Thanks for the bread

Only I don't have 1st grade flour, so I put a little less premium flour, and more wallpaper (whole grain). To my taste, too sweetish. Next time I'll put honey 1 tbsp. spoon.I will still have to bake

Good day! Thanks for the delicious bread. I baked bread exactly according to the recipe, but the roof turned out to be uneven and torn. Please help me correct the recipe and find the error. I tracked the gingerbread man, but did not see what was wrong. I suspect there wasn't enough water, though I'm not sure.
