Pampushki with garlic (baking in the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 450 g
Water 225 gr.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.75 tsp
Olive oil 2 dec. l.
Dry yeast 6 gr.
For the sauce:
Cold water and olive oil 1/2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 1-2 teeth

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough. You can use your hands, or you can do it in HP. What I actually did on the TEST mode for 1 hour 50 minutes.
  • Then remove the dough from the bucket, knead and divide into 8 equal parts (I weighed on a scale).
  • Roll each donut into a ball.
  • Place in oiled pressure cooker bowl

  • Install MANUAL mode Stage 1: 25 * C - 30 minutes, Stage 2: 120 * C 1 hour 20 minutes.
  • After the signal, you can turn the dumplings over and brown up in the BAKING mode for 15-20 minutes.
  • Or you can do it under the grill of the oven or AG (I tinted the top in AG Brand 35128 on the BAKE 200 * C 15 minutes).
  • Grease hot donuts with a brush with garlic sauce: chop the garlic and mix with water and olive oil.

  • You can serve pampushki with first courses: borscht, cabbage soup, pea soup.
  • Or you can eat them just like that, dipping them in garlic sauce.

Fresh need 2 grams for every 100 grams of wheat flour And you can knead everything together, if you are sure of the yeast. And it is best to dilute in a small amount of water until the mass is homogeneous.
