Irina, it really turned out delicious. In the original there is only buckwheat, rice, boiled egg, onion with mushrooms, but this is in the post, and I decided to add a little minced chicken. My husband liked it too.

Minced meat:
300 g chicken fillet
100 g shrimp
Onion garlic
Dough:
50 g wheat flour
60 g starch
Mix, add some cold water
In a saucepan, boil a little more water, pour the mixture of flour and starch there, quickly hanging, and brew the dough. Cool down.
Blind dumplings in any way.
I sculpted, pinching the folds on one side, the other side remains smooth.
Boil 3-4 minutes

To love, interesting !!! The dough is probably translucent? And in the end, how much water for such a quantity - in flour and starch? This calculation for how many pieces ?!
To love
Marina, pour water into the mixture to make it look like pancakes, then pour 100 grams into a saucepan and quickly hang until it becomes a transparent mass

Little girls, pretty girls, did anyone make rice or buckwheat noodles? Are there any outlined recipes? Please share !!!

And yet, remember I wrote that the dough from wheat flour 75 g and 25 g semolina turns out to be very cool? So now I made from 30 semolina and 70 flour, it turned out very soft - maybe this is because it is summer now and our humidity is high. Almost not cut, it was necessary to dry the sheets ...
Lenusik-sh
Girls, what am I doing wrong? My spaghetti attachment turns out to be the same as a regular 2mm noodle attachment - in a square section. The dough does not want to take a round shape. Maybe you need not such a tight dough, or should you twist it more slowly?
Seven-year plan
Elena, try rolling the dough thicker, not thin!
Then they are squeezed out round!
I have done it for a long time. I remember that it didn't work out the first time either!
Lenusik-sh
Svetlana, how much thicker? How thick should I stop if I have 6?
Seven-year plan
Elena, but I don't even remember ...
I only remember that I picked it up by typing ...

Svetlana, thanks, I will also by typing.

Elena, the day before yesterday I made spaghetti: 100 g of flour, 1 egg, turmeric on the tip of a knife - I rolled it out into 5, it turned out round

Irina, in my opinion, they are not quite round and turned out. I get the same ones, maybe they are slightly rounder from some side, but I think that I wasted money on the nozzle in vain. With the same success, I can cut such a standard nozzle into 2mm. But the 0.8mm nozzle stuck well with me, I like thin homemade noodles. Previously, I first cut a rolled sheet with a nozzle, and then cut it to the desired length with scissors. But, after several unsuccessful times, when I did not finish drying the dough and after cutting with scissors everything was glued together in bunches that had to be uncoupled for a long time, I began to first cut the dried rolled layer into 2.5 cm strips and then pass them through the noodle cutter. This way it turns out faster and nothing sticks together, even if the dough is soft.

Today I have turmeric noodles too !! Haven't done it for a long time !! Only the photo is not quite correct !!!

Chuchelka, you write that the dough must be steep for ravioli.

I bought a raviolnica: I'm trying to figure out the recipe for the dough. Is the dough for dumplings suitable for HP PANASONIK ??:
Flour 450 gr
Egg 1 pc
Water 210 ml
Salt 0.5 tsp
I will do the kneading with my hands, HP I stayed in the country. Thank you

I constantly make from buckwheat flour
Harder and longer than usual, but worth it.
0.5 buckwheat flour + 0.5 regular flour + 1 egg + 3 tbsp. spoons of milk.
Today I cook carrots, I want to try carrots.

Standard dough for ravioli, noodles, dumplings, pasta, etc.: for 100 grams of flour, about 50 grams of liquid, for a total of 450 grams. flour should be 225 gr. liquids (water + egg). You get 210 water + 50 g egg = 260 grams. It will turn out to be watery. But you can knead like this, and when rolling, add flour
Scarecrow
Valeria 12,

Will definitely fit. Just keep in mind that the recipe is designed for HP (so as not to break it), so the dough is slightly softer than it should be. Therefore, you can knead exactly according to the recipe, and then dust with flour and add a little more steep.

Kara,

According to the recipe, it turns out. The difference is 15 grams of liquid towards + to your formula, and if the egg is small (C2), then there will be no plus. Therefore, it will not be liquid, but I usually add flour to this recipe. I take it out of the HP and dominate it a little with my hands, dusting it well with flour.
Kara
Natasha, to be honest, never kneaded in HP, I'm scared. But in Keshke I always do it according to the formula and immediately roll it out on it. I add a minimum of flour, that is, I do not have to suffer with folding / rolling 100 times. Therefore, it turns out as quickly as possible. Usually, the dough on dumplings takes a maximum of 10 minutes for everything (excluding the bookmark in the refrigerator)
Scarecrow
Kara,

That is how it is. In HP, you dump everything, knead for 5 minutes (the entire mode for dumplings in Panas is 20 minutes, but I never wait for it to the end), take it out and stir it a little with flour. That is, CP connects everything, there are no fingers crumpled in the egg-flour crumb. You take a nice and non-sticky piece of dough, wash it a little and put it in the refrigerator. All.

250 grams of flour in total (BC + from durum) for each type of dough + 1 egg + 1/3 tsp of salt + ....

For natural dough: ... + kefir or water or milk or white wine. Top up directly during kneading in several steps to the desired consistency.
For spinach dough: + mashed spinach to the desired consistency (for 250 g of flour, usually about half a glass of mashed potatoes goes away).
For orange dough: + 2 tablespoons of tomato paste + any liquid (kefir / milk / water) to the desired consistency.
For beetroot dough: + mashed beets to the desired consistency (for 250g of flour, small beets, whipped with a blender in mashed potatoes).

Olive oil (1 tbsp) can be added to all types of dough.
Is that clearer?))

Well, then it's a matter of technology:
Make approximately the same (in thickness) cakes of different colors, moisten their top, put on top of each other and mold. You will get a three-colored piece of thick dough.
Then cut off pieces of the required width from this large piece (use water to also stick together).
Sprinkle this formed colored thick canvas (of the required width) with flour and run through the noodle cutter.

It's easy, you just have to try once, and then everything will go by itself.
I remember how this is done, it seems I spied on Nadyushi-Winters... But I can't find where it is. Or I'm wrong?

For those who want to surprise their neighbors, the very thing (like a cool hostess) and feed the fastidious kids (color, after all, unusual).
AAA .. and it's also useful, it's done with vegetables.
To be honest, I don't often do. But if I do, then a lot at once.
