Lyudmila (can I do that?) Thanks. I will try to collect my eyes in a bunch and order only the most, the most, the most ... (I am writing and do not believe myself).
Of course it is possible. And you can. The third package is already coming to me

Girls here and I have gathered my eyes in a heap, probably already the fourth parcel, I always wait for something and I do not have enough

Hello everybody!
I have been wanting a noodle cutter for a long time, I just dream, and I pounced on your topic. I read it a little bit, but I am still at a loss - which noodle cutter is better? I looked closely at Bergner, but we don't have her in the city. There are ours, Russian, in about thousands, but the soul does not lie with them.
Girls advise a good one, within 2-2500 thousand, if, of course, it is possible. I would be very grateful to everyone who responds.

Finally, today I am ready to try my new gnocchi board. I stuck such macarosh horns.
Dough for 4 eggs and 260g of durum flour (how much there was) and a little more than 100g of just wheat flour, a little salt and 1 hour. l. olive oil.
This is before drying))
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them
And this is already dried))
Homemade noodles, ravioli and everything for making them
The first ones, of course, turned out to be clumsy, and then things went quickly. I liked the process itself. I will do one more thing!
I tried to stick a little bows, but I liked the pasta more! And I mixed them during cooking and the tubes cooked faster. Probably due to the fact that they rolled on a corrugated surface and were grooved.

Nila, what beautiful macaros! And how long did the whole process take? My board is just coming to me!

Natalie, don't Bergner. I had, or rather, have. But compared to the Atlas - like night and day. You are in the subject to Leela for a joint purchase.

Sveta,Thank you ! You know, I thought that this process was confusing and therefore delayed everything. But there was a little durum flour left and it was necessary to use it. I decided to try to make these tubes and was so carried away by this process that I did not notice how I wound them. You just have to get used to it and then it went very quickly. She rolled out a sheet, cut it with a pasta bike and spins very quickly. They themselves slipped off the stick, only tilted it over the drying tray.

And if there is no durum flour, will it work?
Ikra
nilawhat wonderful macaroshki! Just delight!
nila
kirch, Lyudochka! So I think about it ... I no longer have durum flour! I saw it in our Silpo, but the price. so I think whether it is worth allocating 30g per 1 kg of flour. But we really liked the macaroons, it will not work out with simple flour.Ikra, Ira! Well, just embarrassed! Thanks It's nice !
kirch
And we have never seen a durum. So I'm thinking, should I order this thing for macaros or not
Ikra
nila, everything is fair! I look, lick my lips, and ... I am too lazy to get involved in a joint purchase. But I really want this corrugated plate. I’m waiting until I either think of something myself, or someone from my foreign acquaintances doesn’t carelessly ask: "What should I bring you?"

Be sure to order!
It also turns out deliciously from ordinary flour.

And I was not too lazy!
This weekend my dignity is coming
Ikra
PapAnin what a fine fellow you are! We will wait for your fluted
nila
Ira, she is so pretty this board)) is small, neat and fits comfortably in her hand.
With just wheat flour, I pledge to try and report! But we still liked the durum noodles. You should probably go to an Italian store to order. I just used a lot of this flour for bread. Now if I get it, then only for the noodles!
Yes ... still, I remembered! Ira, I read somewhere that the girls tried to skate on the grooved insert from Berner. But there seems to be a conversation about gnocchi.
PapAnin
I can not do it any longer...
Durum bought, built assistants ...
but no board ...

Exactly, it was!
And what's the difference, this one is also for nyoku, including.

No, I mean that if this board is not there, then you can try to roll the inserts on the corrugated surface.
I just thought)) there, in my 2nd picture, there are a few bows at the top. I wrote that we did not like them. I probably did them wrong. I just cut the squares with a pastobike and stapled them. And it was necessary to roll them, too, for corrugation on the board, and then fasten them together. Next time I'll try.
One thing is bad)) the store ones do not eat up so quickly!
Ikra
And I don't have Berner either !!!
PapAnin
me too!
So I ordered a plank!
nila
Clear ! then God himself commanded to acquire a plank,if you really want to wind the tubes
Antonovka
Ikra,
Ir, if you are going to get involved in a joint venture with a board, please, get involved in my lot or whistle

Nelya, you encouraged me with your macaros to order a plate. I looked, and there are two types: with a handle and without. What is yours? With a cheaper handle. So I don't know which one to order
nila
Luda, I have one that is cheaper, with a handle. But there is still no wand. I have a stick.

Thank you. So I'll order with a pen and, of course, with a stick. Although not much, but still cheaper
PapAnin
It is more convenient to make gnocchi on a dock with a handle.

And what is more convenient?
PapAnin
It is more convenient to do gnocchi when the board is tilted.
You hold it by the handle, at an angle and ... nyoki, nyoki, nyoki, nyoki, nyoki, nyoki, ...
And if it lies horizontally, it is not so convenient.
And if you only make pasta, with a stick, then a pen is not needed.

Who has the Atlas motor respond. Do you have a pretty noisy engine too?

At first I was also frightened of the noise, but now I'm used to it, but it's so convenient, only the motor, which I haven't even tried with a handle.

I made these conclusions based on the many videos I watched.
I have not tried it myself. Tomorrow I'll get my piece, I'll try it, then I'll definitely tell my opinion.

After a painful choice between the Italian Imperia Titania for 499 UAH.and the usual Chinese Saubach FRU-047 for UAH 149. , I decided to take the last one for now (I found a couple of positive reviews on the internet and took a chance - I thought: I'll take a look, I'll play around - I'll get bored - I'll hide it, and then, if it doesn't suit me, I'll have to buy it again, but only Imperia Titania).
BUT!!! So far, I am very pleased with this Chinese model! I even cut a sheet of A4 white paper into a vermicelli for experiment (they said a good noodle cutter should cut clearly). Of course, how long it will last is still unknown, but let's hope ...
I bought it here 🔗
Happy choice to all !!!

Today in "Scarlet Sails" I found semolina semolina, made by Mistral.
Drew attention because of a suspicious yellowish color.
I bought it. At home, he compared it with the Italian durum flour Semola di frumento duro.
No difference. Quite a bit coarser grinding. In the near future I will try to make something out of it.

We are waiting, waiting impatiently, otherwise you can't get Italian, but they seem to be selling semolina
PapAnin, and have not tasted? It would immediately become clear
PapAnin
Of course I tried it.
No difference!
Only, it doesn't look like an ordinary decoy. Yellow color.
I have not seen this on sale before.

Thanks for showing me, now I will know exactly what to watch. I saw Italian pasta on the Metro, but it only contains semolina and an egg and butter, probably from such flour they make.
notglass
Guys, it looks like this is the same Italian semolina of the Russian spill: 🔗
I must buy it without fail, but I have not seen it in our city. We need to look more closely.
PapAnin
Something on the link is nothing!

We must look at the shops. Maybe they started selling it recently.
I have not seen it anywhere, only in "Sails".
True, and it is not cheap. 450 g - 52 rubles.
But, these are Scarlet Sails. If it is in other stores, it will definitely be 10-20% cheaper.

Marina, you wanted to say from such a decoy?
I showed flour here because the newly discovered semolina looks like it.
Olya_
I also looked for her today. Looks like we won't have her for another hundred years.

the link here is blocked for some reason. But if you click on "brand portfolio"and then on" Mistral icon", then the products of this company will be released. There I found this semolina.
PapAnin
If they put it into production, it will. At least in Moscow.
Well, here you can organize a couple of trucks for the Tula gunsmiths bakers!
With such a wonderful production, can you ask not to be refused?
Like Zhvanetsky from a tank on the market!

I read in the pasta: Semolina + egg + olive oil + salt and that's it. So I assumed that from this, or maybe even from an ordinary decoy.

I looked in online stores. The platypus has 53 rubles with kopecks, but some other store put the price at 73 rubles. So it is unlikely that it will be cheaper than 50. It stands there: country of origin Italy. Mistral only packs.
