Young potatoes baked with garlic oil (Philips Air Fryer)

Ingredients

Young small potatoes 1 kg.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Fresh garlic 3-4 teeth
Fresh dill 5-6 branches
Coarse sea salt
Sour cream for serving

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the garlic oil: peel the fresh garlic and chop finely with a knife. Pour 2 tbsp. l. olive oil in a suitable container and add chopped garlic to the oil. Let it brew. In time - for a light garlic aroma a couple of hours. For lovers of garlic, you can infuse for two or three days. But at the same time, the container must be closed. Remove the garlic from the olive oil, we no longer need it.
  • We brush and wash the potatoes thoroughly. We dry it. Add garlic oil and chopped fresh dill to the potatoes. We mix.
  • We bake in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 * C and 10 minutes at 160 * C, stirring a couple of times with shaking (I like this combination of temperatures and time most of all, you can bake it your way).
  • Salt the finished potatoes with coarse sea salt and serve with sour cream.
  • Bon Appetit!

I just bought a trifle, very tasty. I even planned to make a video. Only I first do 15 minutes at 160 degrees, and then 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.

And in the oven I do it on PIZZA mode. There I have a strong airflow. Only I set the temperature not 250 as for pizza, but 180-200 * C. And I stir it once. I put paper on the sheet - the potatoes do not stick and moisture, if left, goes away.
