1. Collected and dried the berry

2. Grind with a blender - here already red currants + a little black + raspberries, in general, everything that the children collected. Then, following the advice from the forum, I rubbed everything through a sieve (cake for wine). everything is perfectly dried and tastes more astringent.

3. Then I put the pan aside, prepare the pallets, cover with tracing paper (simple from a bookstore) and wipe with oil using a brush.

4. I spread the marshmallow in a thin layer and put it to dry immediately, then I simply substitute the pallets on top without turning off the dryer.

5. Then I periodically check the readiness by poking my finger. I did not change the pallets in places.

6. I take out the pallet, put it on a bit in the refrigerator, then remove the layer from the pallet, cut it into 4 parts.

7. I moisten each part with water and after half a minute I carefully remove the tracing paper - this is the most "dreary" process ..

8. I wrap all parts in plastic wrap and for now in the refrigerator. Perhaps I'll put it back in the cellar later (we have our own house, so you can store it there too). ALL.

The second batch of marshmallow turned out to be very liquid - I added thawed raspberries to the berries, decided to put it on a film - a baking sleeve, it is heat-resistant. But it takes just as long to cut, it dries several times longer and it is just as difficult to tear off, so I will not repeat this experiment any more.

After drying for a little more than two days, the marshmallow is the same jelly-like, practically cannot be removed .. Satisfied children walk with film plates and eat the berry layer with their teeth. Conclusion: in the future I will only use tracing paper or parchment. For reliability, I tried to cut a small circle in the middle from the film, and on top there is already a large circle of parchment so that it does not flow into the center.
