For those who do not have a non-stick bowl, but bake meat hotzza. Yesterday I made pork (carbonate), weight 980g. Marinated for 4 hours, turned it a couple of times in the marinade (marinade: salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, juniper, onion, horseradish, fresh cranberries, rubbed with sugar). The whole marinade-brine with juice from the meat pulled by 3/4 mstk. I took it out of the marinade. Fried on a fry (put when picking the beginning) in butter on 2 sides for 4 minutes. I poured all the marinade-brine-juice, put the meat on top. Mode Meat 0.7 15 minutes, bleed off the steam, turned it over, again Meat for 15 minutes, left it on heating for another 30 minutes (it was just necessary to urgently put the charlotte). She took it out with the bowl, covered it with a lid, and left it in the bowl to cool. Cut it in the morning. Here is the result - almost dare.

So you did not say the main thing - from what does she hiss the valve?))
The big one never sizzles for me, because I never open it when cooking (otherwise what kind of pressure cooker with an open volume ?, and the small shut-off spit only when the pressure is set, until it rises and blocks the lid.
The big black hiss, which turns. Fine spray splashes from it.

ABOUT! So just wiggle it until it fits snugly. It should never hiss if you closed it and do not force it to open. This still happens when its halves are incorrectly combined - when you disassemble for washing, you can insert it with a slight bias and then there is such a parsley. ((

Good afternoon! My epic with chocolate continues ... it's a raw crust. Porridge baked 0.3 and time 1.40 plus waiting until the temperature dropped to 89. So pity. Cut into 3 biscuits. Tell me, can I still revive him? I have a full kettle in the cakes))) maybe the oven will help me?

Masha, please look! Raw? I haven’t done the cream yet, I don’t want to screw it up with it)

I added 2 cups of flour. The only departure from the recipe is that I did not add soda.
Mams
And I also did not boil the lemon. I washed everything with soap and cook.

Yes, my daughter also appreciated the compote, it turns out tastier, I don't know why. By the way, an interesting observation happened yesterday. As usual by accident. I put the compote and made a mistake with the program. I poked at the frying. I noticed only when the staff began to squeak. I don't understand, I think, what does she want? I looked, it showed 106 degrees .. then I realized that I had pressed the wrong button. Well, she turned it off, turned on the soup. The countdown began immediately. That is, apparently, the assumption that programs run on temperature is correct.

It seems to me that not raw, just baking powder alone did not cope with such a test. I should have put soda))

Make a cake, it turned out high for you, just not porous, maybe there was no soda) and soda gives good porosity !!!

I wanted to buy the VES SK-A18 Multicooker, so I ordered it for 900 UAH, and when the courier brought it back, he told me 1170 - sent it out of principle. I noticed this cube by chance) impressed
Tell me please, does the bowl (the one that is dear) burn badly? Is it possible to use this unit as just a multicooker? Is there a container for collecting condensate? Ato watched a video of pastries, everything remains under the lid. How long does it take to build up pressure?
What is the power of multi? (They write differently on each site)
Is there a countdown timer?
Bijou
mozarina, as for me and in the photo - normal, not raw. Here you put your palm on top - does it stick and stain or not? Or if you pinch off a piece from the center of the top (the coldest place) and on a tooth - does it taste like raw dough or not? I suspect everything is fine.

cut in the soup. The countdown began immediately. That is, apparently, the assumption that programs run on temperature is correct.
Well, yes, that's why you can speed it up by pouring hot water right away. But this is in "normal" copies - if I understood correctly, this does not apply to "alternative" Ukrainian Shtebs at 0.3.

* by the way, I started comparative analyzes with Panas - I immediately remembered why I never baked in him.))) He does not allow adding time at the end of the program, while it is hot! And for some reason I always do not have enough time.
But I switched to the Plov mode and cooked it for another 5-10 minutes * That's why I have no competition for Shteba. *

Oh, yes, about the pastries. I am here reading about Temko Stadler. It claims 3D heating, and there are more messages about the top wet from condensate than we would like, they get wet with napkins. HOW DOES STEBE manage top-dry baked goods with a single heater ?? Moreover, I always close the valves completely.

Now I'm cooking jellied meat. I moved it to the other side and it stopped hissing. The pressure shows normal. Maybe this is my option, when the valve spout does not match the mark on the cover. I am very grateful to everyone for suggesting that there is such a place where you can look for answers to questions. I have silence now!

Power 900 W
You can use it as a slow cooker on a roast, steam, languor.
All other modes are under pressure.
There is no container for condensate, but it is not needed.
There is a deferred star in the Ukrainian shtebs, I don't know if there is.
It can stick to the bowl, but you need to stir the bowl when frying)
mozarina
I have a question ... help me figure out the intricacies of the modes. I would like to experiment, but I'm afraid, because I don't understand how Steba will behave. How, for example, are the Meat and Fish modes different? in theory, I can throw the fish and put on "Meat" only less time or pressure. Is there a different heating of the bowl? Or the difference in "Soup" and "Meat"? "Soup" and "Vegetables"?

The temperature should be higher on meat than on fish.
I was preparing jellied meat for Soup now. I set 1.40 and at the end of the Soup mode it showed 98 grams. by 0.7
And if you put less time, then the temperature will be about 108 gr.
So there are some heating algorithms, which my example shows.
Although someone wrote that like she stupidly heated up and that's it.

Oh, Masha, I also have jellied meat today, set the maximum on "meat" 1.39, and press 0.7 and so the pace. at the end there was only 94, the jellied meat was boiled separately, the bones separately, in the next, since I will reduce the time ...

Panasik bakes just fine, adding time is just possible, only on rare occasions I had to wait literally a minute, well, another, and not, as you say, that while it is hot. Here in Steba, baking needs to be corrected somehow, adjusted for yourself. Otherwise, in all other modes, Steba is beyond praise, it's for me personally.
I do not agree! In its old cartoon (Simba) and in the brandik of such height and porosity, the baked goods DO NOT work. For me it all came together in the STEBOCHKA - multi-cookers - pressure cookers - slow-cook modes and stainless steel !!! Shtebochka is beyond competition, there is something to compare with. True, considering ALL Russian devices!

I read in a group of one social network dedicated to Stebe

The Steba DD1 pressure cooker will be updated in February.
1. The handles of the steam basket will change.
2. A lid for the steel bowl will be added.
3. A second spare silicone ring will be included.

All changes are very good !!!
And the lid to the steel bowl, and especially the second ring included)

Hello everyone !, and Happy New Year! And now tell me, everyone who can, you need a bowl with a non-stick coating for the Steba dd1 multicooker, it's just to buy your own in Russia, but we have Steba dd1 from Germany in Ukraine and of course there is no additional bowl, so you are interested in which models of multicooker (preferably those that are sold in Ukraine) you can pick up a bowl for Steba dd1, you want to bake, but in stainless steel it is not possible.

In general, the bowl from Shteba fits perfectly into MV Polaris 0517 (my Polaris bowl cannot be put in Shteba because of the handles), from this we can conclude that the Polaris bowls without handles, as well as Visonte, Redmond, Sigmund and Stein, bowls from Tomsk will do. Maybe someone will make a fitting and answer exactly, unfortunately I can only assume a match.

Here the bowl from Redmond does not exactly fit (5lit), respectively, from Polaris 517 for sure. In this bowl, you can only fry, bake. You won't be able to do programs under pressure - the lid won't close!
Suitable from Brand 5060 and from Dex40 - they were mentioned above !!!

For a salad it is not necessary like this, 7 minutes max and it boils down!
We have the same under pressure on the Vegetables mode.

But I will subscribe.
I specially went to take a look at my notes - I put everything together on the steamed rather large vegetables, put them on for 20 minutes, let them dry out a bit and take out the potatoes with carrots, and assign another 20 minutes for the remaining beets and take them out when the pair is almost gone.

These are unpeeled vegetables. If the pieces are for potatoes in a steam basket for 2-4 minutes.))

Why boil in water?
Nooo, I and Shteba spread my wings straight - now I cook everything I can for a couple - quickly and cleanly, without steam and odors.
Masinen
For a couple, yes, it takes longer.
And I always cut raw potatoes and carrots into cubes and then do them quickly for a couple)
And set the beets for 10 minutes or 15 minutes. but not steamed, but vegetables.
Or, in general, I like whole beets in a slow cooker for baking for 20 minutes. It's better both steam and cooking))
Robin bobin
Masha, how do you make beets at "Pastry"? Without water? And what regime should this be replaced in Shteba?
And then I somehow steamed it, I didn't like it. For 20 minutes it was harsh. I added 10 more, it turned out to be somehow boiled and still tough.
Masinen
Len, here in Shteba I did not even think about which mode to replace.
It's hard here, you have to do it in a Teflon bowl, because it will burn in a steel one.
No water is needed, just pour the oil so that the bowl does not burn.
I would try on Kasha 0.3

Do you want a secret)
After 20 minutes on baking, the beets are hard and hot !!
But!
I pour cold tap water into any container and put the beets there and it cools down there. After 20-30 minutes, the beets are soft))
So for a couple, if it is solid, then you pull it out and go into the icy water)
Masinen

Probably, I also need to try. To break the established stereotypes, so to speak.))) But it is easier for me to clean and cut boiled than raw. So it seems more rational for now. But I promise to try, yeah ...
As the potatoes were cut into cubes, then they must be soaked in cold water so that the starch comes out)
Mar_k
I make potatoes for 7 minutes on Vegetables, but on a steam basket, I don't put them in water! It is neither small nor large! Yesterday I made beets, again not large, 5 minutes and before opening the valve independently, I poured water to the middle of the beets.
taty327
I cook potatoes in whole or in halves always the same - I put 100-150 ml of water in the bowl, I put any mode with pressure, 0.7 pressure, and 6-7 minutes, I relieve the pressure forcibly, I never had punctures if on mashed potatoes potatoes, then in the same bowl I knead with a potato-leg blender. And I also cook the beets at high pressure, but for 15 minutes, according to the same scheme, with a minimum of water, I just leave it to cool in the same place, usually it turns out overnight. Baking is done on porridge with a pressure of 0.3, and bread is fried. There is no 40 * temperature for proving dough and yoghurt. Girls also make meat sous-vide on heating at 65 *.
