Burned today. Sugar replaced by 1 tbsp. l. honey. The result is a very tasty bread. The family didn't even let it cool down - everyone ate it. Thank you so much for the great recipe !!!

Hello everybody.

I also decided to try to make this bread on HP. during kneading, a beautiful bun came out, not steep, but easily crushed. Yeast did not dare to put more than two teaspoons. I baked on whole grain (if I call it correctly, it says Wheat whole, the total time is 3.50 hours), I chose another fast one - in general, it was 2.50 hours somewhere. The bread did not rise very much, the roof is flat - possibly due to the fast criterion of the program.
I put everything as in the recipe, for my taste it came out some tasteless The crust even turned out crispy. I cut it right away - the crumb, in my opinion, is not too wet, but not dry either.

Please, your comments. The gingerbread man came out as in the photo from Aloone1 - an ideal, I would say, gingerbread man.
I'll try again anyway. In the oven it would probably have been better.
