Grypana , manufacturers write so to protect themselves, suddenly you flood the cat. TTT. And so - it is written in the instructions. I never closed it at all. Neither the PMM nor the SM.

In general, you need to close the tap, after 2 o'clock in the morning there is a lot of pressure in the network. At half past three in the night, my flexible hose to the kitchen mixer was ripped off. Well, at that time I was in the kitchen and cut off the water. After this incident, I specially bought a dishwasher with aquastop, so that "without the Kama Sutra". Aquastop will shut off the water itself in case of a leak. In general, now there are kitchen faucets equipped with a flag handle for shutting off the water to the dishwasher. They are expensive, sold in specialized departments selling water filters for apartments and cottages.

This is how it looks, below you can see a flag lever for switching water to a washing machine or dishwasher. In some cases it will be cheaper than making repairs to neighbors after flooding.

It is very likely that the cold water pressure can break through the valve.
I had this with the washing machine, I forgot to block it after washing and hello - at 5 in the morning the downstairs neighbors started knocking out the door for us, and we could not understand when we were awake - for which reason my washing machine did it.
On the last floors, the pressure of cold water is usually weak - you don't have to turn it off, otherwise it's better to stay out of harm's way.

Hi girls!
Here are all the push-through valves - these are cheap components of not very high-quality machines. I have a washing machine for 14 years (and with two inputs, for hot and cold water). And the pressure is hot at us, hoo! And never during this time did I turn off any taps (there are not even any). Because the machine is built in English. And in order not to bother with taps and not toss, in addition, there is an aquastop system. On the water connection hose.
Lydia
Once I wandered into M-Video in my city and out of habit I decided to see what PMMs are on sale. Since the manager, who was bored of doing nothing, really wanted to answer my questions, I asked them. Among other things, she asked where Bosch cars were going. He honestly looked into his eyes and said that he was in Germany. I ask why there are letters "ru" after the name (number?) Of the model. "And because the instruction is in Russian." I don't know the question or is the manager incompetent? I believed that all household appliances sold in Russia MUST have at least some kind of instruction in Russian.
Creamy
Before buying myself a PMM, I spent a long time understanding their international classification. Well, nothing, I am a meticulous and stubborn woman. It was worth it that you didn't get a typewriter. under the guise of a German assembly. I learned how the Bosch concern classifies its PMM, depending on. where licensed by Bosch. this car was going. I have PMM Bosch, German assembly. They can be collected in Germany, Poland. Spain. And to find out which assembly is very simple. German assembly is packed in dense transparent polyethylene, always with two side welded seams. On the unpacked PMM, on the door itself. on top it says "made in Germany". very small letters on stainless steel. The model is also indicated there in small letters... I advise you to take a magnifying glass (not kidding at all) And the country of manufacture is indicated by three Latin letters at the beginning of the model name. I have SМS50E02RU. So look what it is:
SMS - Germany
SCE - Spain
SGS - Poland
SGV - Poland
SKE from Spain
SkS - Spain
SMI - Germany
SMV - Germany
SRi - Germany
SRS - Germany
SRV - Germany
I hope I wasted my time typing the manufacturer's country classification codes. But these codes are assigned only for household appliances of the Bosch trademark in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 261-FZ and the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 347-FZ for dishwashers. "Whoever is aware is armed." Feel free to follow your assistant, you now know where she was born. Enjoy the shopping. Creamy.
Aunt Besya
And what is SPV?
Creamy
This suggests that the car is assembled in Germany. Energy class A, For 9 sets of dishes, the actual consumption of electricity / energy per wash cycle for a standard program when filled with cold water 0.8 kW / h. That's how much you can learn from just the first three letters. The remaining letters and numbers indicate the water consumption per cycle in liters, and the corrected sound power level dBA. (In decebels)

I also went to the official Siemens website. There, before getting to the list of products, you must select a country. Selected, for interest, England, Slovenia and Russia. Completely different cars. Well, the coolest, of course, are for the Great Britons. I haven't even seen A +++ class cars anywhere. But, for example, for washing machines, if for Russia intelligent control of a maximum IQ500 class is offered, then for the bourgeois there are 700 and even one 800. So, either buy there, with instructions in Finnish (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, etc) , or from gray suppliers (with translated instructions on leaflets). Otherwise, be ready to take advantage of "yesterday"

You know, I desperately wanted a Siemens installation, the same model as Aunt Besin Bosch, with 3 additional shelf for forks and spoons
SIEMENS SR 66 T 090 EU ..... everything about her was as dreamed of.

But here it was a little bit with money after the repair - my dad went to the hospital with an expensive operation, and we decided that for this amount we could demolish 2 cars BEKO DIS 5831
It practically duplicates that Siemens / Bosch model, all functions, the same economical in terms of water and electricity consumption, but it has 2 more programs, well, there is no third upper tray in it - that's the whole difference.

All she wanted - everything is in her:
- half load,
- rearranged baskets,
- you can wash baking sheets,
- there is rinsing,
- folding plate holders

Reviews about her are sooo many good ones.
They've already brought it to me - it doesn't smell bad inside, as they wrote for Beko.

After the message Lydia (and not only) - I do not reproach myself for agreeing to Turkey, any company can present a surprise and get fooled afterwards.
Maybe my Beko will serve me at the Siemens level, who knows, then I will report back in a year
Tanyusha
julifera, so many here have a century and it seems that no one was disappointed, so let the machine serve you for a long time and without problems.
Oksanulya
And as always, I was not lucky!
After reading the reviews here, I decided to purchase PMM BEKO DIS 5831. I have been using it for six months. I'm not just not happy, I'm disappointed in her. It washes dishes badly, traces of not even dried food remain, not much, but remain. Washing broth rims from pots is out of the realm of fantasy, I'm not talking about soot from pans. Half of the cutlery (mostly spoons) are covered with rusty dots (apparently not suitable for washing in PMM).
I really hoped I had just picked a bad powder. Now we bought SOMAT (at a price similar to Finish), salt and Finish rinse aid, but the quality of the wash has not improved.
Can someone suggest another detergent.
Julia V
Do not be discouraged, maybe you have placed the dishes closely, so they are not washed. The rims on the pans, too, probably remain for everyone. The pans (soot) did not wash off my too. And she concluded that tablets are washed better than powder. And the salt must still be set correctly, when I set the salt to almost the highest level, it began to wash better and there was no whitish coating. And check if the rocker is clogged.
julifera
Oksanulya - is this on all-all programs ??
I think that in half a year you have already tried putting the dishes in every way so that water has access to everything, right?
And then when you stuff it very tightly, with overlaps, the result is deplorable ...
Couldn't you have accidentally set 1/2 and forgot to remove it?
When does it work - actively shoves with water inside? So the pressure is OK?

I most often use the hour express program number 5 at 60 C or Economy at 50 C if I put it at night.
Powders and Finish and Somat - everything is perfectly washed with me
Except for a couple of cases when I myself was guilty - I placed the dishes incorrectly.
Ancient stainless steel saucepans - shine as if they were fresh from the store, glass, with rims baked in the oven - washed from 1 time!

I'm only dissatisfied with the auto program, it defines nonsense, a dirty result.
Svetlana201
Oksanulya do not worry, try not powders, but finish tablets or any others. They say the powder is easier to forge, maybe you got one. PM is a super assistant in the kitchen, let it become like that for you.
julifera
Girls, but I have it on the contrary - Finish tablets were included in the kit - they washed disgusting
Julia V
Strange, my pills are better washed. And I noticed that the pots I wash on the top shelf better than on the bottom.
Svetlana201
I had a moment when I squeezed money on pills and decided to try the powder (finish), I did not like the normal soap sometimes, and sometimes it was bad. I spat on greed and just went back to the pills and everything is ok again.

those that are included, in a film like this, but inside there are three compartments, and in the center there is a liquid something - a red rinse aid ... I also somehow washed it
But the finishing ones are all in 1, without films, and the pressed powder - they wash perfectly ..
But my PMMka does not take any carbon deposits in pans, or a rim from a soup, or stablets or with powders, a maximum of 65 grams in a typewriter

And I noticed that the pots I wash on the top shelf better than on the bottom.

And this is also the other way around
The lower basket is a beast!

Julia - what model of PMMochka?
Julia V
Electrolux. And at first, too, the lower basket was a beast, and in the upper one even the caffeines remained in the cups. Suddenly everything has changed, I myself am surprised. But I also had that in the lower beam the holes were clogged with small shells from quail eggs. And once in the filter I found a piece of shell-stone
julifera
I started with Finish powder simply because I had to somehow wash the dishes in the absence of a sink and a kitchen in general, and then there was money - the cat cried.
I bought this Finish in the Metro (maybe in smaller shops they will badge it with something, I don't know)
From the old apartment they brought all that, after gas, disgusting, and this unfortunate Finish washed everything
I was shocked ...
Now I stocked it up with Somat, so Jeffrey threw in some info that Domol washes 100 times cooler + goes for the promotion 1 + 1 = the third product is free!
Well, I went and bought it with Domol, but now I will wait for 2 months while this Somat is spent
julifera
Girls - I have a question:

but in your typewriters, too (just not a word in my instructions about this)
- you select a program - it shows one time, such as in the instructions, and if you set the type of detergent - a tablet - then it shows a much longer time, the difference can be up to half an hour or more.

For example, the so-called FastI half-hour program - becomes not fast at all, but more than an hour
And then I bought this Somat gel, so besides that after it the dishes are somehow slippery (I can see it in the plastic cups, they don't dry to the end), so it washes much longer ...
Julia V
In our town, in one store, they sell detergents only for dishwashers, and then the choice is very modest. Finish only. When I am in Simferopol, I may buy something else. But the powder seems to come out cheaper, and I cut the tablets into two parts, the machine is narrow

I will tell you a big secret that no one is completely washed off the protein rim, it is even written in the instructions. The protein is welded and can be cleaned only by rubbing it with a brush before washing or after washing in a PMM. I brush it before the sink.

Beautiful girls, tell an inexperienced novice PMM user. Yesterday I made my first attempt. The finish of the Chinese production laid the tablet. About a third of the tablet was sprinkled, but since the machine is 45 cm long, it was enough and everything was cleaned normally. I set the salt to 0 (our water is soft, less than 1 mmol), but I forgot to turn off the gargle (it is in the tablet), so there were small drops on the glasses. But that's okay. The question is different, two plastic things were attached to the machine. One, of course, a funnel for salt. And I did not understand the second one. Not in the description, not in the instructions. So round, gray, with a mushroom on the leg of the water inlet? and on the opposite side a sphere with beveled holes is a shower type. What is it and what is it for?
Creamy
Maybe a nozzle for washing mars? This is usually indicated in the instructions. And the salt still needs to be set to one so that the ion exchanger does not die. I also have soft water-2 German degrees, the salt fell asleep a year and a half ago, the resource has not been selected yet.

YEAH! exactly like that! Why has nothing been written about her? I don’t remember where this thing was screwed. I have buttons with instructions not like in life. Maybe a piece from another model?

Who knows why there is nothing in the instructions?
Trays, as a rule, do not fit into the PMM in height. We remove the upper basket and on the back wall there is a hole that supplies water to the upper rocker. If you do not insert the spray arm, the jet will simply hit the door, and there will be no sense in dirty baking sheets. You are lucky to have such a nozzle in your kit. Many PMMs go without it and then either order in the service, or just bother with my hands.
julifera
At 45, I only have 1 baking sheet with the upper basket raised up, there is no shower head, so I have to rejoice even in such a layout with the upper basket
Washes well
Aunt Besya
I had one in the kit, I'm using it, I'm happy (y) The only bad thing is that the rear pins fold in the lower basket, but the front pins are not there and it is very inconvenient to put the baking sheet. And no one tried at all without a basket, lean against the walls under a tilt, for example?
Creamy
And how will the lower rocker rotate then?
marinastom
I put my favorite stainless steel baking trays in a house in the lower basket. They are, however, non-standard - one square (at the back), the other rectangular (at the side).

In this case, you can still shove something from below and from above.

This is probably the same for everyone. Just a baking sheet at the bottom will prevent the lower rocker from rotating.
I only have one baking sheet, but it fits only on the bottom basket.

Thank you, clever beauties. Enlightened.
And here's another question for filling. I now use pills and the instructions contain these lines:

"As soon as you start using the combination detergents, the program is automatically changed so that the best washing and drying results are achieved."

How can such a "brain" machine understand that I have loaded an all-in-one tablet and not a single-function powder?

And further. Due to the softness of the water, I set the salt to 0 and did not load the salt itself. I did not change the rinse aid dose in the settings, the factory setting remained. Although, because I used the pill, I did not fill in the rinse aid. The dishes are clean and dry. Well, just a couple of droplets on the glasses. The second time I set the dose to zero. The dishes were all wet. Why? Or, regardless of the agent used, you still need to set some value for the rinse aid dose?

Thanks in advance to the wise hostesses!

These are the fantasies of a guide writer or translator. Pill presence sensors are not installed even in premium cars.

All translated instructions are often "an essay on a free theme". Indeed, in your instructions about the sprinkler there was nothing at all ... Treat this phrase as if it were a fantasy. If the PMM had brains that could analyze everything and make decisions, then it would be worth like an airplane.

Although in the next topic there was such a phrase: "When I use my gel, I put the dishwasher in tablet mode so that salt and rinse aid are not consumed." Maybe your PMM also has a special mode? In mine, there is definitely no such mode, there is only an aquasensor on AUTO.

Put salt on one unit, save the ion exchanger. Sellers and installers told me that salt is not needed with our St. Petersburg water. It's good that the service workers have made it clear, although it is not profitable for them (later I will come to them for paid repairs).

I cannot explain to you exactly why the dishes were wet the second time. It is possible that the composition of the dishes during the second wash was different ... One thing I can say - PMM plastic does not dry.

What is your PMM brand? is there a turbo dryer? I can't say anything specifically about turbo drying, I don't have it and all drying is carried out by condensation. In the pictures I saw that in some PMM there is something that looks like a fan, but I won't give my tooth.

I have a typewriter with some kind of brain that determines the time on the same program ..
I put the plate on while washing - the time has increased ..
I took out a spoon while washing - the time has decreased

Once in a working PMMku had to deliver 3-liter cans, brought from the basement .. with a 3-centimeter layer of dirt .. the machine increased the time by 15 minutes
not that dirt recognized .. not that weight
