I was tormented by vague doubts about success: the bread maker was kneading the bun with effort.
The result exceeded all expectations.

I have long wanted to say thank you for this recipe. With him, I began my acquaintance with rye and other additives.
And the bread was always excellent. After reading the forum, I almost always add sugar, salt, and if there is vegetable oil in the recipe, into the liquid.
Because this recipe was the first with bran. I started adding from 30g (- from the volume of flour). I also add bran to the liquid.
Further, the modification touched the fillers - I almost always add coriander (I just love it) and any dry seeds and herbs according to my mood. But my favorite is the combination of coriander and red hot pepper. Aroma and taste !!!! At the same time, I removed sugar from the recipe as unnecessary.
A good recipe is a reason for creativity and enjoyment of the result.

The first time was strictly as counted. as a result, the dough turned out to be thick, I wanted to add water, but did not have time to add as much as was needed. The gingerbread man was tight - the result did not please, about baking, but did not rise. The second time I added water, looking behind the bun and put more yeast. The result is pleasing. This is one of my first in HP Supra BMS 230. The heat is exactly according to the recipe, but the amount of ingredients is multiplied by 0.7.Mode "European" duration 3h50min with heating and baking 60min. The size in this mode is one - 750g. Yeast used-as it was, dry, fresh Saf-moment for baking. The result is a bread with a slight baking aroma, it does not spoil it, but the taste is far from ideal for me. And it's probably not the recipe. I liked it better from the other stove.
