Plum and apricot cupcake

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs
Sugar 170 g
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Butter 100 g
Flour 170 g
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Plum 200 g
Apricot 200 g
Butter and semolina for the form

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs, add sugar and vanillin.
  • While whisking, add room temperature butter.
  • While whisking, add flour and baking powder. All!
  • Grease a square shape with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Distribute the dough over the shape. Drown the halves of fresh plums and apricots in the dough, alternating in a checkerboard pattern: plum, apricot, plum, etc.
  • Bake preheated to 175aboutFrom the oven until golden brown!

Note

This is a very easy recipe! Preparation takes 15 minutes and baking about 20-25. I whipped everything with a Gorenie hand mixer.

I used a silicone mold 26 x 28 cm, 5 cm high, but you can also make it in a round form.
