Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 450 g
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar 300 g
Butter 120 g
Egg 4 things
Baking powder (baking powder) 3.5 tsp
Lemon 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Place eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl. Whisk all ingredients for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the prepared mixture into a bucket. D
  • Add softened butter, finely ground wheat flour, baking powder, juice and lemon zest.
  • Place the bucket in the bread maker.
  • Select program 10 (cake), cake weight and desired crust color.

In my opinion, a very successful recipe! He baked 3 times, ALWAYS it worked !!!
Recommendations:
- in my opinion, there is a typo in the instructions - the weight is not 1.2 kg, but 1 kg.
- when I measure out the baking powder, I tap the table with a measuring spoon so that it settles down, ramps it down. This makes the baking powder bigger, the cake is higher.
- I first extracted juice from lemon on my own, and the last time I used a juicer. Naturally, there was more juice than before, which had a positive effect on the taste of the finished cake!
- color of the crust to a dough baking choose the minimum, since in my HP too nigger pastry turns (high power)..

Put flour, baking powder, butter, beaten eggs with sugar on top, and everything else, and for the dumplings program, kneading begins immediately. HELP! I've baked lemon 3 times already, I really like the recipe, the taste is wonderful! BUT it burns every time !!! in general, all the muffins are burning, the bread is smaller, but you still have to take out 10 minutes before the end!
I tried everything, pulled it out early, put out a pale crust, put less sugar in the recipe, made a bookmark at 1000g, and set the program at 750g - it still LITES!

For our cake, we take Dr. Otker baking powder (1 sachet is designed for 500 grams of flour), it is very convenient - you do not need to measure it or save the leftovers.
