Red currant and pineapple jam

Category: Blanks

Ingredients

Frozen red currant 700 g
Pineapples in their own juice
finely chopped
700 g
Sugar 700 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Place the red currants and pineapples in a large saucepan. Boil the mixture in
  • for 20 minutes, until the red currants are completely soft.
  • 2. Add sugar. When it is completely dissolved, cook the mixture over high heat until it thickens.
  • I would like to add from myself that I haven’t cooked this confiture in cotton yet, but in a saucepan, I tried it the other day. It turned out delicious (even if you consider that red currants are not among my favorite berries). The jam turned out to be very thick (a spoon is worth it), fragrant, with pineapple pieces ... And it doesn't take too much time to cook.

Irish, I cooked for the first time in HP !!!
Please tell me, does the jam in Moulinex not come out from below? And then, I somehow tried to cook in another HP, so a certain amount got to the bottom, where the screws are attached. (HP died died because of this, I think. True, she worked for another three years). In short, I now have Mulinex, I don't want to risk it.

sapuch, what are you, no, never ...

In my first HP (also Moulinex by the way), I digested the drain of all sorts of different jams / confitures, sho the devil is scary ... flight normal a great !!!

I don't cook in the second Mulineshka for one simple reason - I played enough ...

Horror about the fact that cooking jam in HP spoils the bucket I read, but here without comment, either I was lucky, or something else, but my bucket withstood all my bullying passed the test with his head held high, or whatever ...

If you don't want to risk it (especially if you had a sad experience), cook it the old fashioned way, in a saucepan, I'm now cooking all the confitures in a Gourmet saucepan, I'm not overjoyed !!!

P.S. To me for "you", okay?

Actually, I cook in the old fashioned way in a saucepan, yes, only LAZY was born before me: I'm looking for someone who would cook instead of me (that's why I bought HP: it's not I who mix the dough, well, and sometimes I'm not baking the dough)

A question arose: pineapples with juice or how?
