The weight of flour according to the recipe is 430 grams, the bread is 650 grams. A 680 gram setting may be fine.
If you set 907 grams, the bread will take a little longer to bake, how much can be checked by the programs of the oven: set the weight to 680 grams and time the time, then drop and put 907 grams and mark the time on the display - and compare the values, what will be the difference. To do this, it is not necessary to put the dough in a bucket, you can check it in blank.
Or look in the instructions for what the settings are.

I chose 680 gr. The bread rose well. A toothpick test showed that it was baked. I don't want to cut it yet - I just got it. Very hot! But why was the roof blown off on one side? After reading your recommendations, I put 2 tsp. yeast (1.5 ???) and added a handful of dry cranberries. What could blow the roof off?

Kroshik here is my bread according to your recipe. Only for 500g. The roof isn't as pretty and flat as yours, but it tastes great. Instead of chocolate, candied pumpkin and raisins.

The bun was smooth, neat. But the baking process had just begun, and the bread immediately got out of the bucket, rested on the lid right in front of our eyes, filled everything and began to lift it, the lid rose by as much as 3 cm! So I have not yet had a single bread run.
Oven Gorenje BM 900, the weight of the loaf was set at 750g, the baking mode, what went wrong? I am lost in conjectures ... So many positive reviews about this recipe, and then suddenly such a setup ...
I took out the bread now, the lid did not fall, the sides are very ruddy, a very dark crust, and the top is pale and kind of damp, but it separated from the stove lid relatively easily.
I attach pictures, such a black man turned out with a thick crust, when cut, the crumb was crumpled strongly, it did not come out at all presentable
