You can add mushrooms to the "dough", there are many options. I constantly make such a snack cake, I only fried pancakes-cakes in a frying pan, but when there is a slow cooker, why stand at the stove ?!

well, of course, not without incident, when all the ingredients were already in the harvester, I discovered that I had no sour cream (I don't even know where to go). I had to come up with a replacement: a glass of kefir + a piece of butter.
When shaking out the finished cake from the saucepan, it fell on my side, because of which the shape suffered a little. I had to decorate with expression .. to disguise the bone bone

The layers had to be made more, a very tasty filling of mayonnaise with garlic.

Made according to your recipe in DEX-50 with a power of 980 watts. Chicken liver, 2.5 cups flour. Baking 60 minutes + 10 minutes of heating. Upon opening, the cake's convex roof fell and became flat. baked well, cut into three cakes rather tight. Spread with homemade mayonnaise and fried carrots.
Next time I will put less sour cream and less flour, I will try to divide the dough into 4 parts and fry them separately on the Fry-Meat program.

Soaked in homemade mayonnaise. And baked in a bread maker. It came out good, I like it, so juicy. But my husband said that there would be more flour (I put 4-5 tablespoons on the strength of the bowls), since a slice is falling apart in the plate. And it seems to me that if there is more flour, it will be drier. Not hotsa.
I took the photo, but my husband went to the studio, so in the evening. True, the ladies here have such beauties, but mine, according to home and in my opinion, turned out to be a little springy in the coating.

I put it on the second cycle, after about 20 minutes, I don’t remember exactly, with the help of an insert for steaming, I turned the structure upside down, since it already began to bake and brought it to readiness. In total, it took almost two baking cycles, but the Supra's power is small - something about 700, maybe less, so it is natural, apparently. But the result is pleasing - the pie is very tender and tasty. It was possible not to smear, but at the request of mayonnaise lovers, I did it.In general, if, in principle, the taste of the liver pleases you, and not vice versa, be sure to try, the recipe is worthwhile
