Ingredients

Water 100 g

Cooking method

  • The pie is made quickly, and consists practically of one filling :) A good lifesaver when time is short and you need to cook something.
  • 1. Prepare batter by mixing eggs, mayonnaise, water and flour. I add some salt, because for my taste it turns out fresh.
  • 2. For the filling, cut the peeled potatoes into cubes of about 1 cm. Mash the saury (smaller or larger as desired and to taste), cut the onion into small pieces.
  • 3. Pour into a mold:
  • - 1/2 dough,
  • - put 1/2 part of the potatoes on top, while the potatoes just before laying out salt, sprinkle with spices (to taste, whoever likes what - but do not forget that there is fish in the pie),
  • - further saury,
  • - onion
  • - potatoes
  • - the remaining dough.
  • 4. We bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 220 aboutC, we check the readiness of the pie with a splinter (the potatoes must be baked)

Instead of saury, I made it with chicken, it was also tasty, but I also sliced ​​a little butter on the chicken, so that it was not dry.
