pawllena, I have the same bullshit with Ellrona. Somewhere they wrote that some kind of contact is leaving - they need to be repaired. But I still continue to use it manually.

Anna1957, Anya, it bothers me that the air returns to the package. Will the product be stored?

I use vide for sous, so it's not so important for me: I crushed it with a plate if it floats. And I do not 1, but 2 seams.
pawllena
I packed the Spicy Carpaccio chicken breast fillet. I put it in the refrigerator, I'll see what happens. Storage is certainly not long-term, but I would not want any foreign odors
Lord 68
Lena. The air returns because you forcibly interrupt the air removal process before sealing. This defect cannot be eliminated without repair. The operation algorithm of the sealer is as follows: air is sucked out, as soon as the vacuum sensor is triggered, parallel sealing begins without interrupting the air evacuation process, and after a second, only sealing remains. Something like this.
pawllena
Lord 68, Alexander, thank you. I still hoped that I could do something on my own.
Lord 68
Lena, this defect can be for various reasons. Find a rugged peasant. There are options from a poorly closed lid to a sensor defect. Try to first check how the lid snaps into place (you can even press it with your hand during the pumping process). If it doesn't help, then repair.
Fotina
How long did Elron work for me? Year 3? In general, today I noticed that the air is not completely removed. The content easily moves through the bag, and previously it was pressed into the stone. At first I thought that the bags were bad, corrugated on the one hand. Found redmond, my beloved - exactly the same. ((
I don't know if this is being repaired, or can we look for a new one with a clear conscience?
melanya
Fotina, Svetlana, did you store it with the lid closed? Usually the problem is because of this: the black sponge pad sticks together over time and during the pumping of air it is "sucked" from the outside. You just need to replace the gasket, usually the second is included
GALLAACTIC
Girls who use smooth bags from "Metro", please tell me, on the packaging is the material from which the bags and the density in microns are indicated? And then a store from the "World of Packaging" network appeared in our province, and there are mostly smooth bags for a vacuum apparatus made of lavsan and 55-65 microns, somehow it seems to me that this is not enough for storage, like from 70 microns normal density, or no? Enlighten the village, please!
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Galina, I have smooth from the "Packing World" 70mk., 20x30. The good ones are so tight. And stored well in them. The main thing is to be able to pack properly (I do not always succeed, since I have to lay folds or skip a non-woven strip - with any option it does not work every time - that is, the air is sucked off to a stone state)
The composition on the package is also not indicated.

no, it didn't click, I remember that it was impossible. I didn't have a spare pad, if memory serves. The box has definitely not survived. But I'll look in the closet

Natasha, Thanks for the answer! We have 70 microns neither in stock nor under the order, I've been following it for two months already. And for packing, I want to order specials on Ali. vacuum cleaner for smooth bags (one that can be used to pack both sauces and liquids).

Fotina, Sveta, check the latches. In my cashier, the latch started to junk and the packer pumped out badly too, I changed the rubber bands, but it did not help. When the latch flew out, it began to press and began to pump out normally. The service did not take it for repair, but the private owner repaired it instantly.

I recently got a packer oberhof T-15, my mother gave it to me) she has been using the same for several years already. At first, I didn't know what to do with him, as there was no need. But over time, I got a taste, now I have everything in bags. I already bought a new batch myself. very cool thing!

I ordered a Korean vacuum sealer Cochu, read the forum, but I still can't figure out what kind of inexpensive sacks, packages, films will fit it? I only realized that the packages from the Metro, if you seal them with a tube, will definitely fit, and if special, then which ones? On Ozone, the most budgetary rolls of film status, will they fit? Please advise the knowledgeable or owners of Gochi.

I lay the folds, it didn't work with the straw. A special. any packages will do, they are all with a corrugated surface. I have Proficuk.

Girls who have Cochu hose, huge size round tip. Delivery is more expensive than a hose and I want to figure out in advance whether I need it or not.

Splinter, Good morning! When measuring, I got the following values: the inner diameter is 27 mm, the outer diameter is 33 mm.

Splinter, this hose is simply irreplaceable when using Wax lids, and these lids (of the appropriate diameter, of course) can be used to turn any glass jar (from small to 5-liter) into a vacuum container. Vacuum containers of any manufacturer are pretty decent, and sometimes troubles happen to them (somewhere in the subject the girls wrote that the container lids or the containers themselves crack), and the "Wax" lid + glass jar + Cochu hose are from the category " cheap and cheerful ". When I ordered this hose three years ago, delivery to our Palestinians was also more expensive than the order itself, the toad was choking, since then I have not regretted for a minute that I have it.
Splinter
Galina, I thought to use it with "Wax" lids (only for now and I don't have them). I read the entire topic and cooled to the containers, it will be very insulting if either it cracks or the lid.

- this is just what you want. But first, I will try the crazy hands: adapt the silicone cap for wine bottles from aliexpress to the regular hose. What if you get a homemade gochu.

Same thing! At first I wanted to somehow bungle the hose attachment from the Vaksovsky hand pump, but then I ordered Goch. By the way, Ali now also has hoses like Goch, but a little expensive (more than 400 rubles), although the delivery is free.

Svetlana, please describe how you seal it with a fold? Fold the end with an accordion, it turns out six layers and solder them with two lines with a distance of 0.5-1 cm between them, or did I misunderstand?
Cvetaal
Vain, Julia, I lay on the bag on one side a fold, like a dart when sewing, about 1 - 2 cm wide and on the other in the same way, but with a shift. That is, one fold is located closer to the right edge of the bag, and the other - to the left. It turns out 3 layers, my packer copes. I solder 1 time sometimes 2.

Hello, dear forum users))

Exhausted in a week. I re-read everything I found on the forum, but did not come to a final conclusion. I decided to register and ask. There is the painful question of choosing a vacuum sealer and sous vide. At the moment I stopped at Solis Vac Prestige and CASO FASTVAC 500. Everything speaks in favor of the latter, but ... there are many complaints on the forum about the soldering element. Who uses these particular models, help a review.

By sous-vid. The choice is even wider. 1. Steba SV 75 2. Gemlux GL-SV1200B 3. CASO SV 300 And what to choose? Hold on to my head.

I must say right away that it is supposed to use containers from status with vacuum equipment. Relatives are not satisfied, since they need rectangular ones. As I understand it, for that and for that model, will you have to buy a hose from gochu?

Thank you all for your answers, and happy holidays)))

I can only answer this question.
I have an evacuator and a hose from Gochu, but it's easier for me to evacuate containers with a hand pump from Status.
Lord 68
By the way: take any stick that is cheaper, but the power is from 1200 watts. They are all the same and even some unnamed models are more functional than brands. Why pay extra? The same is true for the vacuum generator. I've got Kitforth. No problem. Hose included. It is analogous to caso. Now on the Internet I have seen many other analogues and are cheaper or there are good discounts for these. The main thing is that there are options for soldering dry and wet products, soldering without vacuum and a mode of forced stop of vacuuming and subsequent sealing. Everything else is like a knife and a built-in roll from the evil one.

I would recommend purchasing a gochu hose anyway. I myself do not use containers, although I have them (2 from Kitfort and one from Zigmund & Shtain), but they are successfully replaced by ordinary glass jars of different displacement and corresponding VACS lids, and for them gochu is simply irreplaceable. You can, of course, use the hand pumps that come with the lids and containers, but the hose, in my opinion, is simpler, faster and the "quality" of the vacuum is better!

But with this I completely agree! When three years ago she herself was fired up with the desire to have a vacuum apparatus, I took Zigmund & Shtain Kuchen-Profi VS-505 with both a cutter and a container for a roll (everything was fine, yeah!), It works flawlessly, I have no complaints, but now, having experience in use, I would definitely choose it without a cutter, and without space for a roll, and, accordingly, cheaper.
Anna1957
Owners Kitfort 1502, a question for you (on behalf of a friend). On my tip, she bought smooth meter bags, which proved to be excellent for me when vacuuming by the "fold" method. But her vacuum device does not solder such a double layer. Who faced such a problem and how did you get out of the situation?
kHarn
Good morning, dear members of the forum.

Thank you for your responses. I decided on the choice of equipment. There is a question of consumables.1. What do you recommend rolls, only grooved, so as not to dance with a tambourine. Price quality. 2. I want to buy Status glas set containers. Still, will Caso be able to effectively evacuate them with a Gochu hose? I buy a lot at once, it will be a pity for the money spent.

Thank you all in advance.)
Lord 68
Corrugated is better. Any manufacturers, only the main dimensions are observed. Better to take on shares. By the way, they can be reused. The only one from under the fish either only for fish, or for discard. From under the meat I use up to three times. You just need to cut off immediately with a margin.
kartinka
kHarn, I bought kitfort 1502 + at a discount, on a tip from Alexander (Lord68), for which I thank him very much so he won't advise anything bad. The harvesting season is over, I'm completely satisfied with the machine. I will not say about the packages - I buy in the city (on an optushka for stores) at 42r / meter, one side is smooth. Maybe they have risen in price over the winter - I have a little left in the roll since autumn. ...

Lord 68, that's why my expense was immediately large, since the stock. ... but first they pierced them with dried fruits, first they must be put into a simple bag and then into a vacuum one. But, if you choose corrugated on 2 sides, of course, it's better.
Lord 68
Marina. Corrugated on one side. No others are needed. After dried fruits, in general, just rinse and that's it. I don’t invest in smooth ones, although at first I thought about this option, but refused.
kartinka
Lord 68, I bought a little packages (namely packages) of my family kitfort at first, it turned out a little expensive, they were corrugated on both sides. I really liked them, then I found 42 rubles per square meter smooth on one side here, without delivery and calmed down I use them several times too - fish / fish, meat / meat, etc. After berries and dried fruits, nuts I use them everywhere. It is necessary, by the way, to buy more, let them lie. ...
Denis1667
Hello. In my opinion, when using smooth vacuum bags (price in METRO Cash & Carry -279 rubles 20 * 30 100 pcs.) It is best to make an insert from a strip of gauze (bandage). It is evacuated almost like an embossed bag. The gauze should end in the middle of the seal and half a centimeter should remain on top of the bag without gauze for re-sealing. And then everything will be fine. But not aesthetically pleasing.

Marika33
Denis1667, and I vacuum all vegetables, berries, fruits in such bags using cocktail tubes. Only not all fit, but it is better to buy, thin soft. But she still misses with the fabric, I did it, but left this method.

I have a sigmund. To say that I am happy is to say nothing. He solders the meter bags with the meter cocktail tube tightly. The heating element looks decent. I'm not sure that cheaper and less powerful options provide the same quality of seam soldering ... I use a cutter. When I was choosing, I wanted to take a cheaper model, almost bought Gemlux, looked at the workmanship, and was horrified. Sigmund is an airplane by comparison. I also looked at the whale, as an option, but 110 watts of the whale in comparison with 170 sigmund tilted the choice in favor of the latter. I use the packages from the Metro and from Ali.
Thanks to everyone, everyone for the discussions and feedback!

The left is thinner and softer, but they have decorations that have to be removed, so I use more of the ones on the right. They are well sealed.
zvezda
Marina, thanks, yesterday I tried both with a bandage and a straw ,,, it didn't work!
Alexandra, well, I'm sure you have a good model, but the prices for it
Denis1667
The bandage must necessarily fall on the seal of the vacuum chamber and the tubes too. And then everything will work out. And I, on the contrary, gorge from the tubes (those on the right). With a bandage, the vacuum seemed better. The tubes on the right are from Fix Price. With them, it is also well evacuated by my cheap evacuator, and even more so with your expensive ones.
Larisa140
Denis, what is your vacuum cleaner? It didn't work for me with a bandage

200 smooth bags in the closet, now what to do with them? Well, not 200, I have already ruined a dozen with unsuccessful attempts
zvezda
Larissa, I have sealed the citrus snacks so far ... I also want to adapt .. in my Temko they gave a link to a vacuum device, which seals smooth bags
