1. Are Status packages suitable for Redmond? I read that "all grooved fit each other," but all the same - what if someone had experience?
2. The last time I sealed a bag with chicken in herbs and oil, a micro-fold has formed, and, it seems to me, air somehow passes through it (although I sealed it four times !!!). The bag has been in the refrigerator for the second day and looks too soft (although there was practically no liquid at the time of sealing). Is this suspiciousness, or is there a problem in the vacuum apparatus?

Liquid may appear, moreover, it must appear if the chicken is raw and pickled with salt. It can also slowly poison the air. It already depends on the soldering and on the packages themselves (there are packages that slowly poison the air).
