I bought myself Kitfort KT 1502-02. Excellent machine. In the CSN Technopoint was for 3690 rubles. Full analogue of KASO, but for 1500 rubles. cheaper.

I bought myself a Zigmund & Shtain VS-505 vacuum cleaner. In general, I am satisfied, works with a bang, it is convenient. But it should be noted that the old Chinese vacuum cleaner with Ali, which is already breathing in frankincense, is much more powerful. Now I would choose another device. (Profic 1080).

Yes, I already wrote that I am very picky about the packages, that is, the sealing does not turn on if the packages have the slightest flaw (folds, creases) in the place of the soldering. And now he is working, humming, and not soldering, although there is no more air in the package. And if you interrupt the pumping and turn on the sealing, then immediately the bag is again filled with air. Since 1015 there have been no such problems. And he seals smooth packages with cocktail tubes every time, apparently he does not have enough temperature. 1015 was sealed the first time.
I will add after more than two years of operation. Doesn't like used packages. The seam diverges after a while. It does not turn on for sealing, if you evacuate a large bag, after a time it turns on the sealing for vacuuming small bags. Not so long ago, it stopped turning on altogether. The husband repaired, said that some wiring was kept on parole. Before that, I had a PC 1015, I stopped pumping air altogether, I managed to hand it over under warranty. I don’t think it’s because of my crooked handles, the other technique works fine for me. My friendship with the Proficus did not work out, they will give away for nothing - I will not take it. Recently I bought Gocha, while I'm happy.
Anna1957
I have a similar picture with Caso and then with Ellrona. The most budgetary ones. I also managed to pass the first one, with the second I suffer. The side latches need to be checked, sometimes they don't snap well.

olaola1, Anna1957, thanks for the feedback. I will know what not to take.

Hello everybody. I'm new . It seems to me that the manufacturers of vacuumators have thought of something. About 25 years ago, we had two vacuum units. Both included a smooth film. Sucked off well. The principle of their work was as follows: The lid was opened, inside, after the strip of the sealer, there was a rectangular spout / nipple on which the package was put on, the lid was closed, everything was sucked out and sealed. Everyone was satisfied

Probably, in those days, manufacturers did not have a task to sell customers a "special" plastic film at the price of a Boeing wing, so they made devices exclusively for the convenience of users.))
Alexander Magadan
I'll get my vacuumator, I'll try it, maybe it will work out. Ordered Redmond 020 which
Rarerka
Alexander, I have with a spout and smooth bags. It's not even a stretch to call it a vacuum
Bijou
Rarerka, in terms of?? Does it pump out poorly? Probably no household device can create a "real" vacuum with its own microcompressor.))
Rarerka
Linen, there the bag does not even flatten. Just a little less air than there was and sealing. About nothing, in general.
Bijou
Ludmila, yes laaadno !! ... Are you talking about that Chinese, for which people here recently went crazy? Even I was excited about the fact that I had bought Redmond a year earlier. But it pumps quite acceptable, the plump plastic container is noticeably deformed when pumping out. And the package flattens at the moment, especially if you provide a more or less decent channel for the passage of air. The main thing is to stop the liquid in time.

You struck me straight to my heart - I kept this device on the outskirts of my consciousness all the time, the idea is too good. ((

Well I do not know. At that time, my stepfather was engaged in fish, packed cuts. It pumped out normally. Maybe something is wrong with the power right now ...
svstasya
Normally, the Chinese pumps the air. Can the spout clean the back side?
I had two times like this, it pumps out badly .. I cleaned the spout from the back of the pieces and again pumped out perfectly ..

Girls, tell me why they wrote that you can't freeze, like some kind of bacteria in the bags start up? I caught fire in the freezer to put berries, and now I've read a lot of nonsense, I'm worried.
Rarerka
Tillotamawhat bacteria are in the hermetically sealed bag and in the freezer? Freezing is a pleasure with a vacuum cleaner!
Alexander Magadan
Botulinum toxin for example.

And I'm also interested. I want a vacuumator just for freezing, and then suddenly a bummer
Elena Tim
I don't understand at all ... People ... it's even straightforward to ask ... why vacuumize it before freezing? What do you want, there is nowhere to put the packages? Give it to me.
No, well, really, I can still understand when we marinate something or we need to keep the finished product in the refrigerator for a longer time, sous-vide, finally, here, yes, vacuuming is a thing! And in freezing, what for is a vacuum! To crush berries into porridge? And if you don't completely pump out the air, so as not to mash the same berries, then the meaning of the vacuuming itself finally disappears. That is, it turns out somehow strange - similar to evacuation for the sake of evacuation? No?

Space in the freezer takes up less space. Carrots for example ..
Elena Tim
Gal, why is there a vacuum cleaner here? You can just press flat on the bag, the carrot itself will lie flat and almost all of the air will come out ...
No, I don’t argue, I’ve just had a vacuumator for several years now, so I rarely use it - only for the above, but I can’t think of an application for it anymore.
Nathalte
Elena Tim, I also thought about the place. And yet, that the berries will not stick together when frozen, say. Well, I can't freeze everything first in bulk, and then shift it. And I don't like it in containers ...

I wonder why so many are so afraid of botulinum in meat, while it is "found" in the ground, and, accordingly, it seems to be closer to berries? Or am I dull?
Quote: Elena Tim

When there is no air in the bag, the products do not dry out - there is no moisture transfer from their surface to the surface of the bag. When the freeze is on the strength of a month or two, this is not very important. But if it is longer, then the needles of frost will certainly appear in the bag. ((
Rarerka
I first freeze the berries in a tray in bulk. Only then I vacuum these "stones". Berries are stored without frost and do not dry out, foreign odors do not take over, do not stick together
Elena Tim
And, well, it means that it's just that I'm easier on this - I'm not afraid of frosting with needles of frost and I don't find dried berries in a plastic bag.

well, you google less you know better sleep))
Alexander Magadan
It can be anywhere. Simply, for example, the berries were washed badly. And an oxygen-free environment, that's it.
Tillotama
Alexander Magadan, and if subjected to heat treatment? or is it all the same?
I was really puzzled - to buy or not
Alexander Magadan
If you believe Wikipedia (or not Wikipedia, I don't remember exactly), the disputes last 30 minutes at 120 degrees, the frost also does not kill them, and 70% of the poisoning falls on homemade products, packaging, etc. I, I ordered a packer for suvid , although the suvid for distribution was gone. People pack, store and nothing else. And they advertise it, just, ostensibly for the long-term preservation of fresh products. So that I don't know.
Nathalte
You really read and understand ... How scary to live
Rarerka
Aha, Natasha, I got scared too and decided to keep my opinion to myself and no longer try to tell something.
Alexander Magadan

How scary to live.
Considering that it is the most powerful poison in the world (370,000 times stronger than that of a rattlesnake), very scary. But somehow people live, do not read any garbage and no one has poisoned themselves yet. Maybe I also read less horror stories, I'm thinking ...

Tell me please:
To use the Caso MyVac 20 pump for Status containers you need a Gochu hose.
Will gochu hose fit for Vac 470 and 570? Is your hose like that?
Alexander Magadan
In general, I received my packer. Redmond, Jr. And now I don't know what to do with him
I thought, finally, my flour with zip bags was over, yeah, shchschaaassss ..... There are no questions about the packaging of dry products, they already crackle when pumping out the air. But the meat, for which, in principle, it was purchased, in general, it is almost impossible to pack normally. I did better with zip bags. Well, in principle, it would seem, in appearance, almost dry duck breasts, cannot. There is air in the bag and that's it. You have to stop the pumping process and use your hands to adjust the air bubbles, while a bunch of liquid still comes out into the vacuum chamber. Although the product is wet, it does not dissolve the first time. And apples, apples .... Which are with honey, cinnamon and nuts. I rocked, rocked. Was exiled this way and that. I never pumped it out to the end. In the suvid, the package, after the cooking time, floated almost like an inflated balloon. In general, immersing the bag in water to remove air works best with wet food. It turns out the principle of a chamber packer, or something. Or maybe I got such a packer. Or maybe my fucking perfectionism haunts me. Unsubscribe, who also has a packer Redmond, how are things with packing meat?
P.S. All food packaging is made for further preparation, using the suvid technology.
LisaNeAlisa
Alexander, I have a redmond 21, but there is no difference. Everything is in order with the meat, he is packing with a bang!
I bought a hose for the zip bags.
Alexander Magadan
Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Please tell us how you pack the meat? I tried to hang a bag from the table and tried to pack only two duck legs in a large bag, but it's still bad. The liquid flows. Then he drinks badly and still air bubbles remain.
LisaNeAlisa
Alexander, if there is liquid in the bag, then I hang the bag, set the mode to a wet product, press start and pack until the liquid comes to the edge of the bag, then I press stop. The main thing is not to let the liquid get into the seam.
And yet, while you are putting the meat in the bag, try to leave the sealing area dry or wipe it with a napkin and see where the edge of the bag falls, you can put it deep into the vacuum machine.
francevna
Alexander, do you have marinated meat? How do you prepare it in advance?
Recently prepared carbonate, 5 bags, weight 3.8kg
The meat was washed under cold water, blotted well with a paper towel. Then I pierce it (I have 6 small metal shampoos, I take everything in my hand and make punctures, it's so convenient for me), there is a tender, but it's hard for them.
Then I rub it with nitrite salt with spices and put it in a vacuum container, vacuum it.
Once a day I open the container, turn the meat over and vacuum it again. I keep it from three to seven days.
I fold the vacuum bag outward and carefully put the meat, if there is liquid on the lapel, wipe it off with a paper towel.
I put the bag with the corrugated side up, close the evacuator and press the button.
I follow the meat, I do not wait for it to turn off, but I myself click on the sealing.
I have a function for wet foods, but I'm better at it here.
Without removing the package, I press the seal again. And then after a centimeter I still make a seam.
I use packages 3-4 times.
Alexander Magadan
francevna,
The duck was dry salted, and the beef was salted with onions. In both cases, there was liquid. But beef. before putting it in the bag, spread it on a towel. But there was liquid ... Three times I had to clean the vacuum chamber. And my bags are corrugated on both sides. Thanks for sharing.

If you all know this, sorry, I don’t read the topic, but this is what I saw on the Web, useful and not expensive.

How to use smooth bags

"pimples", it turns out, are needed so that the bag does not stick together during vacuuming

lesla
The owners of this model are Zigmund & Shtain Kuchen-Profi VS-505 - I would like to know if the marinator function is in demand? I think the container is small
notka_notka
And my sadness Dropped Redmond, he hit the table hard and got a concussion. There is no mechanical damage, but I stopped soldering after pumping out. Sucks until you forcefully stop it. Separately, the sealing button works. And if you press the seal immediately from the pumping mode, it instantly lets in air and seals it. The bag is full of air. The warranty is over, I suppose they will take decently for the repairs now. I wonder if it's even curable? It's a pity, dear, I have it and I need it
olaola1
My ProfiCook 1080 is the same as in the previous one, but I did not drop it. I bought Gocha while I like it. This is my third vacuum cleaner.
notka_notka
OlgaDo you think it is pointless to hand over for repair?
Where is Gocha sold, dear?

Found it, 6900. Expensive, I'm not ready
olaola1
Well why, you can try. I passed it first under warranty. And I bought Gocha because my husband insisted, he was tired of watching me suffer with the second. If not for him, I would have carried it to repair, how cute. Yes, I will probably carry it, let it be in stock.
