For 2 persons

1. Make ice in tins in advance.
2.400 ml unsalted gas. cool water in the freezer.
3. Heat cane sugar (prerequisite!) (45g) until dissolved in a little water. Cool down.
4. Juice 1/4 of the lime in a bowl of cane sugar.
5. 1 bunch of peppermint (take leaves only) finely chop, add to the cane syrup.
6. Pour into 2 glasses, add ice, do not forget the straw.
