Cocktail Mint Apple

Ingredients

Serves 4:
Green apple (seed, granny smith) 1 PC.
Mint small bundle
Green tea with jasmine* 10 gr.
Hot water 1 liter
Apple juice (clarified) 200 ml
Sugar syrup (mint can be used) 60 ml
Ice (cubes)

Cooking method

  • Brew green tea. Refrigerate.
  • Wash the apple, cut into 4 parts, removing the seed capsule. Cut each quarter into wedges.
  • Tear off the leaves from the mint. The stems will not be useful to us.
  • Place a handful of mint in a large cocktail glass. Muddle it a little.
  • Put some ice cubes in a glass.
  • Pour in sugar syrup - 15 ml per serving and apple juice - 50 ml per serving.
  • Add apple slices and green tea to the glass.
  • Stir with a cocktail spoon. Serve with a straw.

Note

* For this cocktail, in addition to green tea with jasmine, sometimes I use a tea drink: "Herbal". It contains: lemon balm, peppermint, strawberry and raspberry leaves, calendula, plantain, yarrow, anise, mallow flowers. The photo shows a cocktail from this mixture.

P.S. the last time my husband sat in front of the TV and sipped a mint apple. Suddenly he put down his glass and tore off. Returns with a bottle of dark rum. I added 20 ml of rum to the glass, stirred with a straw and continued to draw the cocktail. To my question: "What was that?" answered: "Mint-rum apple. Very tasty. Would you like to try?" Thus the alcoholic version of the Mint Apple was born. Rum lovers are advised to immediately prepare an alcoholic version.
