Chicken breast with mushrooms and tomatoes (Brand 37300)

Category: Meat dishes

Ingredients

Chicken breast 1 PC
Champignon mushrooms) 5 pieces
Onion 1 pc (80 g)
Tomato 1-2 pcs (200 g)
Cheese (solid) 100 g
Spices, salt, pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1) Defrost the breast, cut in half, into 2 portions, put in a bowl of MB on the skin. This time I had a whole chicken, so instead of butter, I put a piece of fat on the bottom of the pan. I think butter is not necessary, because the breast will not be fried, but rather stewed.
  • 2) Sprinkle the meat with aromatic salt * on top of the calculation to salt only the chicken.
  • 3) Next, I cut two small tomatoes into rings, 8-10 mm wide, laid out on the chicken. (First, I evenly rubbed the seasoning with a "lid" from the tomato).
  • 4) I laid T-shaped plates of champignons on the tomatoes.
  • 5) The next layer is onion rings, cut into thin rings. Salted vegetables, added a little black pepper.
  • 6) The final layer is hard cheese, I still have the Dutch one. Chop no thicker than 3-4 mm, cover the onion with slices.
  • To prevent anything from burning, until the vegetables have given juice, carefully pour 50 ml of water along the wall (about 1/4 of a multi-glass). If you pour 1/2 a multi-glass, you get a "soup". We put on the Basic mode. We are waiting for a signal If it seems that there is a lot of liquid at the end - start Express. But the yushka turns out to be so fragrant that you hardly want to evaporate it!
  • Serve the dish with spaghetti, potatoes, wheat porridge or other garnish that can be poured over with a yushka.
  • * Aromatic salt = "Seasoning salt for tobacco chicken", composition: ground black pepper, ground red pepper, paprika, ground coriander, bay leaves, curry, suneli hops, turmeric, mustard seed, garlic, rosemary, thyme, basil.
