Girls, hello!
And in your pressure cookers there is this: pressure has accumulated, the countdown goes on and after 10 minutes the time stops, the arrows on the display run again, then disappear and the countdown continues. What does it mean, it should be so? And is that on all programs? Thank you!
JustTanya
Hello Olya, I have had a Pressure cooker for the second week. I cook every day, there has never been such an interruption that you are writing about. Probably you have a problem with your pressure cooker .. Probably you need to contact a service center.
Arnica
Such a SLE was bought by a neighbor and asked for help to figure it out, said that for some reason she cooked for a long time and that it worked like that. And today I saw it myself (my SLE is different and I don't have it). In 17 minutes in the Meat mode, the shooters ran twice, the second time in 5 minutes. before the end of cooking.
Helen888
How strange it is. If there was not enough water, then the pressure cooker would simply go into heating mode and that's it, and then there is clearly some kind of glitch. I would advise you to contact the service center, since the warranty is 2 years, it can be exchanged for a new one. I wish the neighbor good luck in advance.
Helen888
I decided to type a plate with temperatures myself, maybe someone else will come in handy. I remind you of the information from the manufacturer: And so:
Rice (Pilaf) 145 * C (max - 170 * C)
Porridge 100 * C (max. - 150 * C)
Soup 100 * C (max. - 150 * C)
Meat 100 * C (max. - 150 * C)
Fish 100 * C (max. - 150 * C)
Quenching 100 * C (max. - 150 * C)
Bird 100 * C (max. - 150 * C)
Baking 130 * C (max. - 140 * C). At lower temperatures, the pressure is lower.
Helen888
It seems to me that at such temperatures on the Rice program you can safely fry meat, and on the Baking program not only bake, but also do vegetable frying.

I do not have this particular model, but judging by the way mine works, these arrows may indicate that the heating element is turned on (its heating, while a click is heard) to maintain pressure. So my Liberty in these moments, the "sun" is blinking, the inscription "Warming up" appears in Saturn. So, everything is fine with your neighbor's SCW, and the girls probably simply did not pay attention to these arrows, since they do not appear often and not for long.

Hello. We bought the Mirta MPC 16 multicooker-pressure cooker half a year ago, and have never regretted buying it. Now she has become my really irreplaceable assistant. I tried all the functions already. Everything always works out, does not burn, I get a biscuit like in a double boiler, airy, not rubber. And the delayed start function is an indispensable thing, in the morning hot fresh soup or porridge or in the evening, coming home from work, a warm dinner awaits you.

Jellied meat-60 min., Goulash-40 min., Stew-40 min., Homemade duck 25-30 min. I cook on the "Pechenya" program, this program works at the full power of 1000 W.

I take all the raw products, cut the meat into small pieces.
Pilaf with meat 15-16 minutes on the "Rice" program.
Porridge, depending on what viscosity you want this and set the time, I have a crumbly buckwheat porridge with meat for 18 minutes. (1 part cereal + 2.5 parts water + meat with carrots and onions, salt, spices).
I prepare soup with noodles and meatballs like this: I put potatoes, meatballs, water, carrots, onions, salt, lava into a bowl.leaf, pepper - 15-20 min "Soup" program, then open the lid, add noodles and put on the "Fish" program for 3-5 minutes, then the vermicelli is simple, not of Italian firms, it does not boil.
Sponge cake, curd manna are soft.
Sponge cake: 4 eggs (beat whites and yolks separately), 100 g flour, 150 g sugar, 1 hour. l. vanilla. sugar, you can still 1 tsp. diluent. - 33 minutes on the Baking program.

I also want to order another bowl and two spacers, because I have already made sure that you need to have different spacers for baking and main dishes. Because these silicone rubber pads absorb odors.
Nani, maybe you are doing something wrong when choosing a delayed start, from the beginning you need to press the "Timer" button, one press is equal to = 30 minutes. Accordingly, press the "Timer" button as much as necessary in time, for example 4 hours of delay, you must press the "Timer" button 8 times). Then select the program and START (press the center of the big button).

I recommend the Mirta MPC 16 multicooker-pressure cooker to everyone. You will not regret it.

And if you intend to buy a multicooker from another company, then be sure to buy it with the function of a pressure cooker, namely a multicooker-pressure cooker, this will significantly save you time and energy. Good luck everyone!!!

Hello Olga. Regarding your question. The pressure is built up not only at the beginning of the program, but also during cooking. Since the valve releases a little excess pressure during cooking, then it is recruited again, this is a normal process. It's just that at the beginning of cooking this process takes from 10 to 30 minutes, and during cooking 1-2 minutes.

Thanks for the information . I also thought that perhaps they did not pay attention to such a feature.

Good afternoon, girls, all with the last holiday. So my husband gave me on March 8, now I'm trying to figure it out. Tell me in what cases the valve should be closed? It says on the lid that when cooking solid foods, how is it? Meat, potatoes? And if you cook soup or borscht, should you close the valve or what would be openings?
Helen888
Almost all products in pressure cookers are cooked under pressure, and in order for it to gain pressure, the valve must be closed. Keep the valve open only for the Baking and Braising programs. If I'm wrong, correct me.
Stanik
Girls, good afternoon! So I dared to write to you. My husband also gave me Myrth on March 8, thank God that they immediately found your forum. Thanks to Marina for her advice. Immediately on March 8, I cooked jellied meat (by a lucky chance there was a pork leg in the refrigerator) The jellied meat turned out to be great! I read Marinochkin's advice, she wrote that she did not bake Mirta, but I took a chance! The biscuit will turn out !!!!!! 7 cm high. Already fried chicken and mashed potatoes. And today my husband made me a surprise (while at work) he made a biscuit cake and he did the same. Also, following your advice, I just cooked macaroons! Girls, everything turns out great! I am so happy !!! And it's also great that I bought you, my friends !!!
Helen888
Welcome to our ranks! Let your assistant please you only with delicious dishes, although it cannot be otherwise with Mirtochka! Experiment and it won't let you down!
JustTanya
Welcome to the ranks of the owners of Myrtle. It is for sure that Mirrochka will not let you down, I was convinced from my own experience. At first, before buying, I thought that REDMOND was what I needed. (So many functions) But it turns out that something that is cheaper is not always worse. I am very pleased. Both the price and the possibilities of our Mirtochka are some pluses. Now the thought does not leave me how I used to do without it in the kitchen. The truth is not yet baked, but for the weekend I will definitely fix it and unsubscribe.

Hello my dears! I can share the recipe by which I bake a biscuit: eggs - 5 pcs, sugar - 2 multi-glasses, flour - 2 multi-glasses, vanillin-for everybody (I love), a little salt. Beat the whites with salt until fluffy. Beat the yolks with sugar and combine with the whites, and beat for about 5-10 minutes (I beat 3-5) Then gently mix the flour, lifting it up with a spoon, while turning the bowl. I grease a bowl of MV with oil, pour out the dough and bake - baking mode, 2 times for 30 minutes.
Nikolay V.
Hello everyone!!! I bought Myrtu, a bowl and a pad. Thanks for the advice on the forum !!! I've been cooking in multicooker for several years now. And the slow cooker is my first pressure cooker. I prepared stewed cabbage with sausages and soup for testing. Everything was prepared quickly and tasty. Now I want to try to cook jellied meat in Myrtle. Cooked in slow cookers, but for a very long time.
St. Alina
Where did you buy the second bowl and gum? Can I have a link or phone number?

Hello! I became the owner of Mirta MPC 16, I cooked a lot of things in it, everything was fine ... now it shows E4 on the screen, I don't know how to reset it! Help please, what does this mean, and how to disable it?
Nikolay V.
Good day!!! Typically, an E4 error means that the polled sensors (temperatures) are not responding. In other words, E4 is a malfunction code. It is necessary to make repairs or exchange under warranty. Good luck.

Hello everyone)
tell me, is the bowl coating good quality, not sticky? Is there a coating on the outside of the bowl too?
rice, porridge, baked goods do not burn?
if possible, weigh the bowl, please
Stanik
Good morning everyone! Sonechka, I am not special about the coating, so I will not say anything, there is also a coating from the outside, but it burns on or not, so if I hardly guess over time, then my shoulder strap turns slightly reddened. Weighed the bowl-570 gr

Hello!
Help, pzhl, advice. I can not decide. I want a budget pressure cooker. I choose between Myrtha MPC16 and Saturn MC9181.
Which one is better to take?
Confused by the grooved bottom at Myrta. Doesn't it burn on a day like this?
I would be grateful for your answer. And then the head is already spinning.

The borscht turned out to be delicious. I really did frying in a frying pan, on the stove. In general, the meat has been boiled and on the stewing program for borscht a lot, probably next time I will reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes. I think that 35 minutes will be more than enough.

Is borscht ready in 35 minutes?
And you can not fry directly in it, and not in a frying pan?
ViKySyA
And who is not difficult, write, pzhl, what modes are there?
Verochka
I have a bread maker of this company. while choosing models, I found recipe books from the manufacturer on the website. there are recipes for both bread makers and multicooker. this model is also available. Here are: 🔗
St. Alina
Girls, who tried to make yogurt? If so, share your experience.
Verochka
ViKySyA, yes, that's exactly what I do. I fry everything in a slow cooker. less oil can be used and does not burn like a skillet

Greetings to everyone, I also bought myrtle mrs16, pilaf was prepared the first time, everyone who tried it licked their fingers, did this: in the baking mode with an open lid, carrots are fried in a large amount of sunflower oil in a large amount of sunflower oil; with onions 5-8 min. then add the meat (I took specially beef and pork for comparison) and fry it all for 5-8 minutes, during frying, pour in one third of the Mriya pilaf seasoning package, a teaspoon of turmeric, salt, pepper, stop the baking mode, pour half the remaining seasoning , mix, then 500 grams of washed Vietnamese thin rice, fill it with hot water so that from the rice to the top of the water there is about 1 cm, 50 grams of butter, without peeling the garlic, close and the pilaf mode is also rice, it took from the start to the end 20 minutes, as it is written, then in the heating mode withstood 10 minutes, we release the pressure and bastard from the result. I did not expect it myself and the guests too, just super.
Yes, I forgot to write about rice, a package of 500 grams is sold in the general store for 20 hryvnia, and about meat, pork and beef it turned out to be equally soft and juicy
ksysha78
Girls, tell me today the multicooker myrtle mrs 16 by 6 liters came by new mail, the display changes color according to the videos, I don't have it just by video or is it a defect

Good day everyone !!! I also bought Myrtu, I was completely satisfied, but when the program was turned on, it began to knock out the E1 error! Tell me what does it mean?

Good day! Please tell me what I'm doing wrong! I wanted to cook soup on a delayed start. In the morning I prepared everything and put it in a saucepan. I chose the "SUP" program, changed the time by 18 minutes and set the delay for 8 hours with the TIMER button (pressed the timer button 16 times). I waited for the countdown to light up against a green background and, with a clear conscience and anticipation of a delicious rich soup for dinner, went to work. But disappointment and general cleaning of half of the kitchen awaited me. My Mirtochka, I still don't understand why, apparently started pouring out all the soup through the valve, poured everything around with broth that was fatty from meat. About half of the water left from a full pot of water, and the cereals with potatoes burned to the bottom and zakashy formed. The only tasty thing is meat. What have I done wrong? Why did the valve not work and, apparently, pressure did not build up?

as an option:
the valve has been turned to "pressure relief"
the seal could sit crooked, this also happens

some even manage to close the lid and forget that the seal is in the dryer, and then they are surprised that there is a sauna in the kitchen)

in my practice, the pressure was not gained solely for these reasons
Helen888
The fact of the matter is that everything was correct. The valve is both in place and the O-ring is fine. Without a start delay, everything works as it should, namely, such a failure occurred during the start delay. Maybe I installed the program in the wrong order. Here on the forum pages earlier, the girls wrote two completely opposite options for installing the program. So I think that maybe I went the wrong way. Thanks in advance to everyone for the answer and help to understand the problem.

I do not cook in a pressure cooker on a delay, so you are not an assistant in this matter, but it seems to me that you are confusing warm with soft)
I think that if it was soaring that it flooded everything around, then there was a violent boiling and pressure in any way should have accumulated and blocked the valve if everything was ok with the valve and seals.

I had something similar when I replaced the seal with a new one I bought in China
It’s good that I was near and did without a steam room, but all my attempts to adapt this seal ended in failure. I bought another one from Polina and with it everything began to close without problems.

maybe the cooking guru will tell you what the matter is, but for me this always comes down to two reasons - the valve and the seals.
Helen888
Thank you, Sone4ka, for your participation. I figured out my problem. It turned out that I had set the wrong sequence of programs. Maybe this information will help someone in the future not to repeat my mistakes.
So so. With a delayed start, first of all, we press the Timer button as many times for how many hours we need to postpone the start time of cooking and only after that we select the program on which we want to cook and the time, for example: Soup - 18 minutes. And without pressing anything else, we wait for the screen to turn green and the countdown starts.

I would like to share with all residents of Mir a new dish based on the principle of "French Meat" with potatoes.
At the bottom of the multicooker I put several thin pieces of plums. oils. Meat, I had a home-made chicken fillet, chop-like mode and slightly beaten. Pour a small amount of sunflower oil, a couple of teaspoons of homemade adjika, salt into a separate small dish. Dip the meat in the resulting marinade and spread it on the bottom of the saucepan, evenly distributing it. Top with a layer of onion cut into half rings and potatoes, cut into thin slacks, put in several layers, adding salt and sprinkling with your favorite seasonings each layer. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream sauce and lightly pour over potatoes. Sprinkle all this on top with grated hard cheese. Without adding water, close the lid, the valve is in the closed position, set the Baking program for 20 minutes. When the mulka works out and relieves the pressure itself, it turns out very tasty juicy meat slightly fried from the bottom and delicious potatoes with cheese baked on top.

Can you please tell me, I started to burn a little, I cook rice on its own function, put it on for 5 minutes, but alas, I see a little bit burnt. I am sinning in the cup, this was not! I used to use a spoon from it, I counted. which is still rough, I use only wood. I don't see any scratches, maybe another reason? I really want to buy another cup, maybe someone knows if this is possible?
Nani
MarinkaT, Marina, Hello! Please tell me why everything started to burn for me even when extinguished. Thank you in advance!

Girls, help me - I'm thinking which pressure cooker to buy, and now Mirta is in the favorites. But the store somehow confidently recommended Redmond. They say that Myrthas have become much worse than they were at the beginning - who heard what about this? And yet - how is Rotex in comparison with Myrta?
Inysik
Girls, can you please tell me if you can start a cooking program in a pressure cooker (for example: soup), leave it to cook and leave for a couple of hours? Has the pressure cooker itself switched off (like a multicooker) or do you need to be present until the end of the program?
