Ingredients
Pumpkin 0.5 kg.
Shallots 2-3 pcs.
Garlic 2-3 teeth.
Pepper bulg. 0.5
Olive oil
Cream 200 gr.
Shrimps 200 gr.
Spices to taste
Cooking method

In a heated ol. slightly fry the garlic and onion in oil. Add vegetables (not coarsely chopped) and simmer for min. 10. Then fill with water (I have a 2-liter pan for all this). Boil until tender (30-40 minutes). Beat in a blender, pour back into a saucepan, add cream, bring to a boil and turn off.
Fry the shrimp separately over high heat. Add to the plate.
