Ingredients

Wheat sourdough (100%) at its peak 400 g
Warm water 200 ml
Wheat flour c / z 150 g
Rye wallpaper flour 150 g
Flaxseed flour 20 g
Oatmeal 15 g
Fermented malt 15 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Molasses (sugar) 1 tbsp. l.
Salt (fine iodine) 1.5 tsp.
Mixture 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Everything in the order indicated in the recipe fit into the HP bucket.
  • 2. Interfered with the "Pasta" mode, constantly helping with a spatula.
  • The dough is just horror, but it is necessary! Sticky like rye and stringy like wheat - a terrible mixture.
  • 3. After kneading with a wet spatula, I smoothed it nicely, cut it a little, but not necessarily.
  • 4. After 1.5 hours, it has already increased more than 2 times, therefore I turned on the Baking for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • And the bread is ready.
