Thank you very much, everything worked out great. Delicious. Made a traditional challah, an original bread.

Only now you need to bake it in either quick baking mode, or put less yeast, otherwise there is clearly more dough than necessary.

# 5/16 cups orange juice
# 7/16 cups tap water
# 2 large eggs
# 4 cups bread flour
# 5 tablespoons sugar
# 4 tablespoons butter
# 2 teaspoons dry yeast
# 1/4 cup raisins

When I first made bread with parmesan and herbs, the dough did not mix well with these ingredients. Therefore, the second time I immediately added parmesan and herbs, before starting the kneading. Everything was wonderfully mixed and baked !!!

Guys, what confuses you that the spatula cannot be removed? At first I was also worried ... no force helped to take it out of there ... and left it, which turned out to be very convenient, since there was no need to pick out the hot metal from the hot bread !!!
And then she somehow took it out along with the bread, I was even upset ... Now there are no special problems in removing it, but the bread is normally taken out of the mold WITHOUT a spatula, which makes me very happy.
SAPetrovich
On the contrary, I even had to use shavings from a toothpick to "jam" the blade on the axis. Otherwise, it is very inconvenient when it remains in bread.
Maybe if only after cooking the jam, you need to remove it for washing. But, I don't do jam.

On my 125S, the dispenser lid does not lock when cold and opens when the main lid is lifted. A trifle, but not nice ... maybe it's just me?

If we are talking about the plastic cover of the dispenser, then I, on two 125S, did not have such a problem. The latch located on the cover is responsible for this. See photo.

I didn’t pay attention before: well, the dispenser lid opens when the cotton lid is opened, and let it be. I looked, it turned out that the plastic latch does not reach the counterpart on the dispenser when its lid is closed. And you cannot bend the latch forward - it is made monolithic with the lid. Well, nobody prayed for me, and I didn't get it on time. just got it now. a month later.
To be honest, outwardly the device struck me with its size. and ... simplicity.
Also, I still don't understand how the automatic dispenser is activated? it feels like it can't even theoretically work. No wires of springs and pushers go to it. Delonghi 125S owners please respond. Do you have pushers or wires going to the dispenser?

If you open the lid and look at it from the right side, you will see such a metal plaque. So, I think that this is the relay. Magnetic. And very simple and ingenious! It won't work with the lid open!

And also, during kneading, an unpleasant sound is heard from the device, something like a beat, when something touches something for something, sometimes it scratches.
But the cup didn't scratch. Where the sound came from - I did not understand.
Does anyone have such problems? or is it okay for Delonga?
marishka
Beating during kneading is normal. The dough beats against the sides of the bucket and hence the sound. Okay, that's okay. She knocks on me too.

The beating is normal, but, in my opinion, it should not "scratch". It works quite softly for me, hums, I would say, when mixing. There were no sharp and unpleasant sounds.

SAPetrovich, and it took you a long time to repair the stove? ....
It was not repaired for me. It didn't interest me. I initially demanded not a repair, but an exchange for a new one. So they changed me. True, in accordance with the law, they were sent for examination in order to determine whether it was a warranty case or not. But, by the end of the 20 days allotted for this by law, the seller had not received any results, so he was forced to replace it with a new one.

as it turned out - he scraped the dough with his dry from flour sky. when the dough is wet, it does not scratch.
Shortcomings and shortcomings were also noticed. I share them with those who will choose what to buy.

Disadvantages of the Deeelonghi BDM125S bread machine:
1. Hardware. Very thin and non-permanent non-stick coating. (already scratched. Scratched not with a knife, but with raisins. Nobody said (in the instructions) that raisins should be steamed. I took a full dispenser out of the bag. But the raisins were dry, it turns out.
2. disadvantages in choosing a program: When changing the baking mode, mainly sweet baked goods, etc., the settings just made for the crust color and bread weight are reset. That is, you have to choose options first from the mode, and then additional settings. But you can forget and .. get a bad result.

Although, to be honest, I'm still happy with her, despite the spoiled mood. Maybe because there was not much to choose from?
It must be the same, in our time - only one of the presented models of all manufacturers has the function of reprogramming (creating your own recipes). And to make such a quality non-stick spraying is simply a shame in the presence of an already inexpensive spraying technology that is not afraid of scratches!

... Very thin and non-permanent non-stick coating. ...
Really. The non-stick coating is not very durable.
I also got a few very small scratches, vertical ones. By their location, I concluded that the scratches made dry crumbs when I wiped the bucket with a dry cloth. Now, before wiping, I pre-rinse the bucket.
But, interestingly, I use coarse sea salt for cooking, and there are no scratches from it.

Pay attention to how you remove excess flour during kneading, wooden spatulas, and so on. Here you can scratch them. After baking, I fill the bucket with hot water, soak it, then take out the kneading spatula from it, wash everything and wipe it dry, and sometimes just put it in the dryer. My Hitachi is 10 years old! Serves faithfully, that only did not do in it.

I believe that it is worth thinking not only about how to preserve our Mr. coverage, but also about how to influence the manufacturer to make a quality one, or even replace it for us.
On machines, then defects are menus, recalling the batch.
And then there are some shortcomings, or even a CONSCIOUS creation of a low-quality coating in order to buy a new bucket. This is proved logically and very simply. (in my opinion) But are there any legal perspectives?

I repeat, this is a marriage, if EVEN FLOUR when removing bread scratches a bucket (not mine) AND even dry raisins or peeled seeds MUST NOT cause scratches. And soaking and so on is good, but it takes time and space. And to tremble over the device is no sting. It should work for a long time and efficiently, subject to the INSTRUCTIONS.And most of us did not violate the instructions.
And it should be easy and convenient to use the device.

Well, you darling and swung!
As I understand it, you probably bought your stove for more than $ 15,000. At least, I have not heard that cheaper cars would respond. And even then:
1. usually these are cars of very famous brands
2. are withdrawn only to eliminate deficiencies DANGEROUS to life.

Can you prove that it was scratched with flour? I think this wording is even ridiculous.

If you have time and desire, for a start, you try to contact the DeLonhgi representative office in Moscow. I will not be surprised that they do not even know about the supply of our stoves to Russia. At least I do not have a proprietary warranty card and a proprietary Russian description, and without this, as I understand it, they have no right to be sold with us.

In general, why are you so nervous? For example, these small scratches do not bother me. It's a pity of course. But, I think that if there is enough coverage for 2-3 years, then okay. I have not had a single frying pan longer

With proper use of the Teflon coating, its service life is 5 years. Then change. I think in 5 years it is possible to change the stove too, for sure something new will appear. I did not peer into my stove, it seems there are no scratches, the coating is quite strong, I would have noticed, I think, right away.

Gentlemen, if you like that unfinished things are sold, then I'm surprised. Your position is "not to be nervous", so as not to spoil your mood even more. Maybe this is right, and it’s true, it saves nerves (by the way, I hope no one will be offended by me.Everyone lives as he wants)

And it bothers me when a good thing is spoiled, and sometimes completely spoiled by some trifle. Example. bought a meat grinder, does not even grind meat without veins. wanted to carry back. But I didn't want to, I bought 2 things (also a combiner) then the combiner handed over immediately, but I didn't figure it out with the meat grinder, which I didn't take right away. And it was not clear which one to choose instead of her.
In general, I began to examine her. I see the knife seems to be cool in its essence, it is not sharpened correctly in my opinion. By the way, 70% of meat grinders have such a knife.
I took a knife from an old meat grinder, did not even sharpen it, made it thinner (otherwise it would not become). And the result exceeded all expectations: grinds everything that you don't shove. And I never sharpened the knife. laziness.

You see nonsense, but a thing without modification is borachlo. after revision - super.
And just like that, you have to refine or invent something or quietly be dissatisfied after EVERY purchase.

The best (least of all perplexities) is the penultimate one - a bread maker.

And it strains me. Why? Why, then plastic G., Then the gaps are unjustifiably large, then the design is such that the thing cannot be disassembled to wash ...

I bought a citrus knife yesterday. I'm going to take it. Doesn't clean at all. I tried on tangerine, orange and lemon. and when he took off the skin, he stretched it on the table, and tried to scrub it inside and out, well, he doesn't cut it.
There is a citrus knife on the label, but it is not a knife. he must clean, or at least cut. Here I’ll go to take that would not sell junk.

In general, I am upset with your position. not actions, I myself do not even know what to do. because even to rock the boat to hand over the bread baker does not come. barely received, and if they take, what to take in return? Panasonic, with the same G. bucket? Yes, and I do not like it for nothing.
Maybe he was writing all this in vain?
You have to somehow influence the process. I want to buy quality items.

Before baking, you should always observe what you put in the oven, what you then get in the form of scratches and draw conclusions.

Today I tried to bake bread for the first time in this bread maker, and immediately the question is: during the rise of the dough, the bread is cool to the touch, it feels like no more than room temperature, although the instructions say that it should be warm, 30 degrees. Is this normal?

Good afternoon!
I read about bread makers and yesterday rushed to the shops to look for BDM 125S. Found and bought 5 minutes before closing.
The first pancake, as usual, turned out to be a lump (100 ml of water was not added), but the second time it seemed to work. They made ordinary bread 750 g with a medium crust. Only the crust on top turned out to be pale. Is that how it should be?
fugaska
I usually put a golden brown crust, but at the same time I leave the bread to bake (I have this function of keeping it warm for 1 hour). but if I bake according to a recipe where there is more fat and sugar, then the bread will brown well right away.

Dear, tell me please!

This morning, my stove began to behave somehow inadequately. After the end of the baking program, the battery indicator on the display and the red power indicator began to blink constantly. The oven is new, I baked bread in it only 4-5 times during about a month. I thought it might be from overheating. I left it alone for the whole day. Towards evening, she first squeaked briefly, then flashed all the display elements, but the power indicator did not light up. I pressed the buttons, after which it turned on and again continued its blinking. After 5 minutes, the blinking stopped, apparently switched to normal mode.

Has anyone had this or similar and what could it be connected with? Maybe there is a problem with the battery (out of order, no contact, etc.)?
Laura
Guys! Adopt a new baker. I bought a stove. I was happy at first. Now I'm upset.
1. Began to bake milk bread - 750 gr, it did not fit, some kind of hard. And most importantly, not all the flour is kneaded. That is, flour remained on the sides of the mold.
2. When taking out the bread, the kneading spatula remains in the bread. I have already read here that a wooden device was used. Explain in more detail.
3. And most importantly. Help. Give a footnote where you can find and download the instructions for use. They gave me a printout in the store, but it was so ugly done. There is no beginning of nikonts. For an hour I sit and turn it over to read something.

Laura, congratulations!
Dont be upset. Go to the "Baking Basics" section of the forum.
Read very carefully about the kolobok as it should be.
It is clear from your story that the bun turned out to be dry, little liquid.
I take out the blade with a wooden spatula (for Teflon pans).

It seems to me that one of the probable reasons may be a non-contact in the outlet. Then it will accurately blink the LED, and the battery indicator will appear, and from time to time ALL display elements will appear for a second. And there will be a squeak. To check, I think, it is enough just to plug it into another outlet. If the power cord is cut off somewhere (this is when the power cord is pulled from the outlet not by the plug, but by the cord), then you can try to bend it in different directions and observe how the stove behaves.

But what about the fact that you need to put eggs and dairy products in the pancake dough, they will not sour until morning? In theory, you can do this. Set the main program on the timer, and an hour and a half before the end of the program, press Stop, but if you miss, baking will begin.

The oven is just working, I can't check it now, but it seems to me that you can program a baking cycle of ZERO minutes in any program. I'm talking about the Delongy 125S. Or as a basic program for programming, use the TESTO program, where there is no baking. It seems that you don't need to run to turn off something, capturing the moment. One of these days I will try to check and write in the forum.

8) Fireworks (as well as smoke and fire, or even a fireman) due to a faulty cord or socket is very possible ONLY if the bad owner (I think there are no such ones here) has a "bug" instead of a fuse ("plug") or CORRECT machine in the dashboard. If the above devices are in good working order and in place, it can simply "knock out the plugs", without any special consequences.

You know very little Japanese. They made their first automatic bread maker in 1980. Tens of millions of them have already been sold, the most diverse, from the simplest to multifunctional machines, where everything is controlled and programmed. And the recipes they have, you will not believe, well, no less than those of the Russians. I advise you to take your husband's armpit and go to the Museum of Oriental Art, if you have the opportunity. If there is no possibility, look on the Internet. And throwing hats is not worth it. You can do the dough in Delongy 125S on the timer. And there are special programs for dough without baking - there are two of them. And you can program an additional eight more (write into the permanent memory), using any recipe. And you can record the program every time, it's very simple and fast. Thus, you can have a notebook with at least 500 programs and enter them immediately before cooking, or postpone their execution at any time up to 15 hours. Everything is programmed, all stages. That is, for example, you can safely lay the ingredients and get ready-made pancake dough at exactly 7 in the morning, which will be prepared without your participation; the oven will not turn on for baking, personally checked.

Now I will look at the passport 075 and sayuuuuu ...

I looked. So, at first glance - I see at least 3 major differences in 075S: 1) The oven is not programmable 2) The weight of the baking is 1 kg (for 125 - 1250 grams, although it can bake 1.5 kg - I checked it). 3) The 075 does not have a dispenser - a box into which you can pour raisins, or nuts, or something else, and which will open itself, that is, automatically and throw the contents into the dough at the right time.
