It is necessary to pour the contents of no more than 3/4 of a quarter of its volume into the bowl (that is, no more than 750-800 ml).
Perhaps, it is precisely because of the large volume of content that unreasonable loads go.
Sometimes, according to the recipe, more than 750 ml is obtained, respectively, it is better not to add everything to the bowl, but to make ice cream in 2 passes.
