Cake Delicate


INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
7 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
250g mayonnaise
0.5 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
7 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
a small handful of raisins (pitted)
6-10 prunes (pitted)

COOKING METHOD

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer, add mayonnaise, soda (you can not extinguish), baking powder, flour and mix everything with a mixer at low speed. Dough of sour cream density. Grease the bowl with rust. oil. Pour 1/2 dough. Pour in steamed raisins and prunes (a little). Pour over the remaining dough.
Put for 1 hour 30 minutes in the Brand 502 Multicooker, BAKING mode. You can remove it immediately by "shaking it out" from the bowl. Cool slightly, cut into two cakes. Lubricate with sour cream (sour cream 250g + sugar to taste). Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top (I have a chocolate candy).
