Ingredients

Spaghetti 300 gr.

For filling:

Champignon 200-300gr.
sour cream 150 gr.

Cooking method

  • Boil pasta, drain, do not rinse. Allow to cool, add a little salt to the proteins and beat with a blender.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent in olive oil, put in a bowl, fry the mushrooms, add to the onion, chop the ham and sausage and also fry, add to the onion and mushrooms, add the meat and meatballs cut into pieces, sour cream, garlic (through a press ), cheese (grated and leave a little to sprinkle on top) salt pepper.
  • Grease the form with butter, lay out half of the pasta with proteins, level with a spoon, put the filling, on top the second half of the pasta, grease the top with sour cream, bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees. min 30. as soon as the top is browned, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Our family loves this dish very much, and they called it that ... because I always cook it after the holidays, there is often a little bit of everything left in the fridge, and the already slightly fed up quantity and options of products can be changed indefinitely, everything will be delicious, and the order in the refrigerator will improve the mood too
