Yes, there are a couple of places that sell Moulinex stirrers. There is one more for LG. I need this service in Moscow)

Of course, I would like to find the right one. But if not, don't buy a new bread maker.

And yet - if you need to return everything in the kit to the service center and then they resell them, then where do the extra mixers come from? Or if these are HP that cannot be restored in any way ...
syaniyadulatova
I also bought it in the Metro, the price is so ridiculous 1890 rubles, I think it will break, it will not be a pity. Everything breaks down with me six months after the warranty, and repairs are easier to buy a new one. We tried to do it, they ruined 3 loaves, all because of a measuring cup. Then they began to use theirs. Everything went like clockwork. Now some kind of sports interest has developed - to try interesting and simple recipes. We don't buy any bread or a roll now, and we try to give the children hot bread, since they live side by side. In short, a great stove! Recipes are suitable for all ovens.
gusto
Isn't the measuring cup right there? I always used it, I didn't seem to have any problems.

Does anyone know, if you put on the timer, will the bread maker beep during operation or not?

A signal like hers will definitely wake me up, but I would not want to.

I read your Temka, fell in love with Alaska, decided not to overpay and take it. before that I wanted a mule or a mystery.
arrived today in the subway, saw her dear :) I ask the seller to pack Alaska for me, and the seller insists that the Alaska is over, I went to look at the warehouse - no. I say let me then from the shop window. it is not Alaska it turns out now it is Tarrington House BM 2600. Exterior, functions are all the same, changed the name.
the seller tried to dissuade me from buying, I was surprised that I was impatient with this particular model, said that they were scolded very much, but still took it, we will try :)))
immediately the question of soreness - the gap between the lid. I read about it, I was mentally prepared, but the gap surprised me with its size, behind the bread machine. as wide as my little finger, everyone has this ??
I measured the slit, somewhere 9mm turns out
dedes
Yes, that's right, the stove is currently called Tarrington House BM 2600. The same gap with the little finger. But the bakes are great, don't be afraid to try. I bought it myself a month ago according to reviews on this forum - generally satisfied. At first there was a failure, because without the scales it is very difficult to comply with the recipes, but with the purchase of the electronic scales everything went "like clockwork."
ardgi
yes, thanks :) the first bread has already baked according to the recipe from this Temka, it seems, it turned out good :) there is nothing to compare with :)
and I immediately bought the scales to measure flour :)

Dough and bread do not always depend on correctly weighed products, and the presence of scales

Admin, you are certainly right, I am studying your recommendations with interest, and I am already correcting myself in some places along the way. Simply by first, when the hand is not yet full, it is all the same difficult without weights.
By the way, this is why I took an inexpensive HP to test my interest so to speak and understand "I need it?" This HP in my opinion for the first is what you need.
ardgi
yes, that's for sure, today I already had my own pancake lumpy - I forgot to insert the kneader and then I had to tear and insert everything. now I'm waiting - will it come of it

about the stove, yesterday, during the first use, smoke poured out of it during baking. and it smelled very much of Chinese rubber. who had a thread like that?
today it hasn’t come to baking yet, I don’t know if this will happen again or it was a one-off

Greetings to all Alaskans or Alaskans
Well, now, three and a half months of our friendship with the stove were quite successful!
There are no complaints about this lovely toiler.
We tried the white bread recipes of all our friends, as a result, we came up with our own formula of not very loose, very aromatic and in all respects pleasant bread
Now we use the store-bought bread only for cutlets.
So, now I highly recommend this model of a bread machine to everyone who does not bother with brands!

ardgi
Perhaps she really got burned at the first baking, so to speak.
I was also warned that this could be. But we didn't have that and didn't smell like plastic.
ardgi
hmm, maybe then I have a marriage.
ardgi
Does anyone bake Borodino bread in Alaska? turns out?

Yesterday I also bought such a bread maker (the second one, my assistant Rollsen). I've read about this big gap before. This is not a slit, but a special notch so that the lid opens freely. Yesterday I baked 2 loaves in a row. I'm happy so far. Bakes and kneads great

yes, everything is ok, I already wrote in another Temka that this gap does not reflect on the bread at all :) the bread maker does an excellent job :)

As a novice baker, there are many questions in a bread machine. 1) What is the difference between programs in Alaska "sweet bread" and "sandwich", of course, except for baking time. 2) Water or milk is better than what temperature for baking? 3) At what point can the top crust be lubricated and whether it is possible in all modes. Thanks in advance to everyone.
Tatiana S.
The difference in these modes is in the duration of the mixes and in the rises. On "Sweet bread" after the first kneading, the proofing is only 5 minutes, and in "Sandwich" it is much more (I have not had time to test this program yet). For HP Rolsen, I tested all the programs on which I baked and made a plate for myself, but with Alaska they do not quite coincide, but they are very similar. I preheat the liquid in a microwave oven to about a temperature of fresh milk, but sometimes I just pour it at room temperature. I only use pressed yeast. I take premium and general-purpose flour, mainly Stary Oskol, rye - peeled. I do not use Ultrafast programs at all and I am not even going to try them, I consider them superfluous. I tried the jam 1 time on Rollsen - nothing special, I won't, I don't see the point.I will not lay candied fruits in dry form anymore, now I pour them over with hot water first, the lining of the bucket is on the shore. In Rollsen, the ribs at the bottom began to wear after a few months. Rolsen was very pleased with the stove. I have it now under warranty repair, and we can't eat the store bread anymore, so I bought another similar one. I bake a lot of bread, let 2 assistants work. And I take recipes only from the forums, there were no punctures. So I wish you good luck too
sea-mos
Thank you very much, but I still have questions. Does "sweet" mean more sugar in the recipe? Can you only bake yeast bread in the "fast" and "ultra fast" modes?
*** yana ***
Does "sweet" mean more sugar in the recipe?
yes, when the sugar is more than 2 tablespoons. there the baking temperature is lower.
"ultra-fast" can you bake only yeast bread?
no. for muffins it should also work for soda bread. just need to see the baking time ...
sea-mos
OK, thanks. And more questions: why lower the baking temperature and the "sweet" setting is suitable for baking which bread?
*** yana ***
why lower the baking temperature and the sweet setting is suitable for which bread?
any sweet dough is fried faster, which is why it turns out darker at the exit than usual ... that's why the program is set at a lower temperature. if the recipe contains more than two tablespoons of sugar, the mode is sweet .. these are cakes, pastries, maybe yeast cakes .. the main thing is to focus on the baking time ... you can bake sweet bread on the main program, but be sure to set the smallest size and the lightest crust ... otherwise the negrito will turn out .. such features ..
Tatiana S.
And I baked cakes on the "Bread" program setting a light crust and a size of 900 g (2 hours 55 minutes), and on the "Basic" program - a medium crust, size 700 g (2 hours 53 minutes). This is on Rollsen, and I have not tried it in Alaska yet, but the total time for these modes is the same for them. On the main program, it turned out rosy, on baking - lighter.

A question to the owners of Alaska.
I wanted to bake a cake on program 12 "baking", but without switching the programs, I pressed the start button and, naturally, 1 program started. but with the stop button it did not stop, I pulled out the plug from the socket, after 5 minutes I plug the plug into the socket - 1 program immediately starts to knead.
Again I take it out of the socket, turn it on after 15 minutes - the same story, again kneads, after 17 minutes - kneads. Only half an hour later I allowed to switch to another program.
Is there any way to quickly change the programs? And after baking, I leave it open to cool down, and the next time my oven turns on in about 2-3 hours. Is it possible to somehow force it to turn on earlier, or is this the norm for everyone, or did I come across a special stove?
Viki
Quote: liliya808

... with the stop button, it did not stop.
It does not stop if the stop button is pressed and released, and if you press and hold it down a little, it should stop. Just the way you turn off your mobile phone. Try it.
And it keeps the program for a long time when the light is turned off.

You can make it turn on faster if you forcibly cool the temperature sensor zone inside the stove with a sponge with cold water.

Yes, she has more memory than indicated in the instructions. Two days ago I was convinced of this when they suddenly cut off the electricity. The bread was already on the last proofing before baking, I thought I would have to bake it in the oven. But when the lights were turned on, the program continued and the bread was baked wonderfully. You can turn off programs at any time by holding the button until the beep, as you, Viki, said. Yesterday I tried to bake rye in a new way: knead on the 1st, turned it off, put on the 12th (baking), set the time to 2 hours by the timer.40min. - and "Start". Works great. The bread, however, did not work out, but it was an experiment with a store-bought leaven for kvass. The bread is baked but does not rise well.

I went to look for the temperature sensor zone

Girls and boys, you all just saved me, according to your feedback, I chose Alaska, 10 different loaves of baked loaves according to your recipes, everything worked out great, only this plug was with the impossibility of a quick stop, which slightly spoiled the impression of our wonderful stove.

Now everything is clear.
And on what program is it easier to bake cakes on baking powder or soda, so that the stove will knead it itself, and not dirty a bunch of dishes for a separate batch?

Hi, I want to tell you how my husband and I bought a bakery. We bought everything we wanted in Metro, saw the Alaska Bread Maker, we really liked the price. We arrived home and decided to wash the purchase, ate and drank wine. And since I'm not very patient, I need to now: girl_dough: try to bake bread. I started to collect it, and I have no idea how not to insert a stirrer into the bowl .. I am so and so. I asked my husband (the wine hit my head) so we both are sitting and trying to dress her, not like: girl_in_dreams: it turns out. then my husband took a hammer and clamped the cup between his legs and let's hammer it. the bowl was completely flattened. : swoon: I am for my husband ... they say I was not going to cook pancakes but bread ... he took it and stretched it into place. Here the screw fell out on the other side with the stirrer. Well, I’ve washed my husband’s purchase ... and it’s funny and: cray: insulting .. but still we put it on. : yahoo: bread turned out !!! But this is not the end of the story, on the morning of another day I decided to check the packaging ... an agitator fell out of there ... I looked closely and ... my husband and I did not pay attention .. someone in the store put it in a box from another company bread maker mixer and we nailed it to death, not to tear it off. So it has been working for the second year already .. although we are poor and so and so.

it does not always work out ... if you suspect that the set time is not enough for you. it is better to restart the baking 15-20 minutes after the start of the program.

In Moscow, now you can also buy at METRO for 1799r.
Why do you need used? It is not known how it was exploited, why it is being sold, what wear it is, whether it was dropped or not. They won't sell for 1 thousand in any case.

Oh, how difficult it is for you! And in Tula, now in the Metro, anyone can issue a one-time pass if they have a passport. Alaska (now Terrington House) costs 2090 rubles with VAT. The stove was bought and tested with Darnitsa bread, after which it was immediately washed. Not a single technical purchase can do without this, after 20 years ago I refused to wash the TV set and it bent safely after 2 days. Since then, it's a tradition and I'm the first to shout, I need to wash it, although I don't really like it))) True, here recently my dad bought new glasses and said that they need to be washed. If it goes on like this, then every bottle will have to be washed. : lol: And I'm generally for a healthy lifestyle)))
Something I deviated from the topic. The first Khlebushek turned out to be wonderful. Beautiful, fragrant. Added 1 teaspoon of coriander and chicory. Dad liked it very much, he smelled it for a long time, said it smells like childhood, real bread and delicious like a cake. The husband said that he needed blacker. : oI tried a little, very tasty! I love the oven, but I don't eat myself (this is probably a perversion) I am puffy even from the air
I really liked the process itself, there was no smoke or foreign smell, and she did not make much noise for me, she sat and watched the bun and was happy like a child.
I read this whole branch, a lot of useful information. I read some messages aloud and we all got drunk together. Special Thanks to RolandSu! : bravo: We can see our man))) It's a pity that many links are outdated and do not open (((Here they wrote about Bourget and French bun on mineral water, please give me a recipe or a link. I will certainly continue to read other branches and look for new recipes, my eyes are already swollen . Tomorrow I want to try a coffee cupcake. I wrote a lot. Thank you and the Internet
