Ingredients

Butter 90 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Vanillin At the tip of a knife
Flour 200 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Any jam for coating 2-3 st. l.
Sugar 125 g

Cooking method

  • Beat butter (room temperature) with sugar. Add vanillin and eggs one at a time and beat very well. I beat at the highest speed of a hand mixer. Add flour, sifted with baking powder and stir on medium speed.
  • Bake in a muffin bowl or in tins in the oven. I used paper inserts.
  • After cooling down, dip in jam. I have frozen blackcurrant "blended" with sugar.
