With what?

I show my butter cake:
Bread makers Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (3)
Have not tried it yet, I grew up in HP VERY, it's good that I didn't run away

Help !!!!!!!!!!!! I put on the cake according to program 06. Before the "Rise" mode, I sat near the KhP. Everything went normally. On this mode, I left the kitchen. After about 1 hour, I went back in and saw that the HP was turned off. The dough began to rise (about half a bucket. I don’t know what to do. The plan is as follows: I take out the bucket and put it to the radiator. Maybe better in the oven ??? When the dough rises to the brim, I will put it back in the HP and turn on the mode " Baking "and set the time to 50 minutes. Are there any jambs in my plan? I ask for advice!
Elena Bo
Sediment the dough again (turn on the Pizza for a minute, the kneading starts there immediately). Disconnect and leave to rise. You do not need to take it out. As it rises to 2/3 of the height, turn on the baking. But the color of the crust does not seem to be chosen. Therefore, it is necessary to slightly reduce the baking time compared to the programmed in the Basic mode. I would take 45 min. put. Or put 50 minutes, and after 45 see how things are there and check with a stick.
M @ rtochka
I, too, would not pull out the bucket, otherwise, during the machinations with it, the dough will easily settle (when you will insert it back into the HP)
marinastom
And I would turn on the service mode and watch how it rises. And then to Baking.
Wit
Included Pizza. The batch was kept for 1 minute. Turned it off and left the bucket in the HP. The display shows "18". It will go out after 10 minutes. I covered the HP lid with two towels. I'm waiting for the rise. This is about 1 hour or 1.5? I'll keep a look. Now a neat round bun. Worried...

Are they still drowning? You're lucky!

M @ rtochka, very valuable remark!

Marinochka! I'm cramming!
M @ rtochka
And yet, since this is the case, you can pull out the spatula so that the bottom of the cake is beautiful))
Wit
Has cut! There was one squeak and the power plug symbol is on. There are no more squeaks. I believe that this means the temperature there is already +35. The gingerbread man blurred and filled the floor of the bucket. It's warm inside. I'm going to watch "2/3".

M @ rtochka, I will survive the sight of the bottom.

Baked Easter cake from Shelena:
Bread makers Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (3)Bread makers Panasonic SD-2500, SD-2501, SD-2502 (3)
The cake turned out to be not too beautiful, but insanely tasty. Did half a portion. Raisins are soaked in cognac. My mistake: I regretted pouring the "raisin" cognac and added it to the dough (about 4-5 tbsp. L.). Therefore, the liquid turned out to be too much and the roof sagged.
But this did not affect the taste in any way !!!
Now I will take into account all the mistakes and bake again.
Happy Easter everyone!

Elena Bo, M @ rtochka, marinastomThank you so much for your support and advice! This is how our cake turned out!

Happy Easter to all bread makers!

Thank you

Thank you, Dasha! We won with you. A recipe from Panasonic's instructions with gag elements. Added 2 tbsp. l. cognac, instead of candied fruits - marmalade, yeast less than 2 tsp, and not 2.5, as in the recipe. The rise nevertheless yawned - the top rose above the edge of the bucket. He baked for 45 minutes and let stand in a bucket for 5 minutes. Have not tried it yet. According to the classics, Easter cake gains strength and taste for 2 ... 3 days. We are waiting until tomorrow.

I read here about Elena Bo's butter cake and baked it.

Thanks to the author for the recipe!
I'm starting to find a common language with this bread maker ... it seems ...

Well, and an excellent butter cake, congratulations
gala10
Sergei, Thank you! The first two experiments were not very successful. Edible, but not very pretty. I realized that there was no need to bear the gag without studying the nature of the new device for me. And everything worked out.

Gold words!
I here ventured to modernize the recipe that comes with our HP, the result was unhappy. I did everything one to one - it turned out great.

Guys and girls, tell me please ... I received my stove as a gift on March 8th and now a month later the stove began to fry much harder, who had it?

This may be due to the increased amount of sugar and the installation of the "Dark crust". Try setting the crust "light" and watch the amount of sugar. You can call the SC later for a consultation.
Yes! Mine once gave it out! But not for long. I translated it into a light crust and she came to her senses. Now I put on "dark" again - and no "frying".
Good luck to you!
Taia
gala10, why didn't you go straight to the topic of butter cake? There, many people bake it in Panasonic. We would advise you. We bake it ourselves, for a long time.
gala10
Taya, I first made one that I have been baking for several years. It turned out to be very tasty, but I poured over the liquid (it was a pity to pour out the cognac), so the roof collapsed slightly. And already the second cake was butter. No amateur performances. Everything is fine!
marinastom
Olyushk @, Ol, I have Natasha's "daily" on French fry, bless you! It only saves if the program is turned off 10 minutes earlier. And sugar, as Vitaly writes, I pour a little bit.
Olyushk @
Wit, has already passed the light crust, after a week I will try to switch to the middle one again.
Marish, did you fry it before? I just had this little bread of the color of boiled condensed milk, but right now the negro turned out twice, and the rest of the breads of the color of tanned Africans are obtained on a medium crust.

The stove is buggy. With electronics, this happens, or maybe the temperature sensor is gone.
Or maybe not a stove, but your voltage jumps.
Do you turn off the power from the outlet so that it will stand for a longer time? and in general, you can leave it without work in the outlet only if you are sure that your power grid is stable.
Try to run the testing mode again.

I almost from the very beginning only on a light pitch.

fffuntic, I just didn't turn it off all week from the outlet! either Easter cakes are needed for everyone, then the guests came out of habit and pounced on delicious bread, my toiler plowed without disconnecting from the network ... turned it off, tomorrow I'll try to bake.

Girls-boys, do I understand correctly that bread with sourdough or dough cannot be baked in Panasonic? It follows from the instructions that you can only use dry yeast. Or not?
marinastom
Gal, not so!
Everything is allowed! But you have to dance with leaven. Well, don't scare you with dancing ...
gala10
Marinochka, you definitely can't scare me. Everything I was afraid of has already happened to me.
In the old HP, the liquid had to be poured down. And down here is yeast. And where is the leaven?

I tried both down liquid and down flour, and so delicious bread comes out, I did not notice the difference. On live yeast, I always dissolve yeast in water, and pour flour on top, on dry flour from below, on sourdough - put the sourdough down.
gala10
Svetlana, that is, it is not necessary to follow the rule: down - dry, up - liquid?
Sedne
Galina, I do not notice the difference in Panasonic.
gala10
Thank you! I will continue to master a new technique for me.
PigNafNaf
It even seems to me that this up and down affects only the ability to delay start. So that the process does not start living on its own until the kneading command.
gala10
Lydiait is likely so. But somewhere something flashed about an oil seal that can be ruined by the liquid below. Or have I misunderstood something?
marinastom
Nope, Gal. The omentum does not like sweet and sour, and then fry. And he doesn't care about water!

I don't know who else knows about this, but I definitely wrote about it somewhere. In the old bread maker, I had big problems with this. Water + sugar = epoxy on the oil seal. Stopped so, the husband burned this caramel with a burner.

Woooot ... so I didn't dream. Irina, Thank you! Still, it is better not to pour the liquid down.

Do not pour with sugar. That's why I stopped making jam in it. And it worked well! Although, you just need to wash it thoroughly after cooking and there will be no "epoxy"
