A citizen, but what does fanaticism have to do with it. Simply HP Panasonic is a really good stove. I haven't had one in 3 years !!! failed bread or dough. Any HP, and indeed any thing, can have problems. We have a new one! Mercedes had a headlamp problem, it was changed under warranty. So, now I will say that Mers is garbage and I will change to Zaporozhets, because it also has 4 wheels and is cheaper?
A citizen
Masyusha,
Now SD-2500WTS can be sold for 5440 rubles, you think it's worth it, won't let you down?

maks592,
Does everyone judge for themselves?
In fact, what about the buckets, what about the leaks?
maks592
I judge by myself. I bought a Panas.
And about breakdowns and leaks ... these are the exceptions that prove the rule.
Almost nobody writes about good things. If there are no problems, then there is nothing to solve.
It's like with cars ... and in life it's the same. "There is nothing like leather".
Each of us had and still have reasons why we did this and not otherwise. Therefore, each of us is always right for himself "by definition".
And to declare from 2,3,10 refusals for several hundred thousand copies that Panas turd is, at least, incorrect.
Alex100
Yes, then the Resident does not have Panas, so I don't know that he is worried about leaks)
maks592
by the way! I'm lost again! how to add a recipe?
Stafa
Panas, like Caesar's wife, should be above suspicion. And they had a marriage on several products. Multiple made in China - all curves, unfinished, and these Chinese got to xn, weakened the Panas's control over them, and have what they have. And if such reviews began three years ago, then there is a reason to think about whether it is worth overpaying for that crooked Panas? You can choose from worthy ones, since the best turned out to be no longer for them. It's like a Bosch made in Russia, it seems like a Boshevsky nameplate, but the quality is crooked

It seems like I already wrote twice that it is possible to take it inexpensively, in comparison with the prices in general for Panasonic.
Therefore, I would like to know more whether it is worth it, the price is still high compared to other HP.

Stafa,
Exactly.
This is what I want to find out.
Previously, I was, as it were, a fan of Panasonic, I considered it the standard of quality, since Soviet times, but now I read that everything is crooked, from China ...
And in thought.
Alex100
Now almost all bread makers are from China ... if you don't like it, do not take it in doubt

Take 2 for the price of one

HP Panasonic suits everyone
A citizen
Alex100,
While I am analyzing what to do, I am also satisfied with the supra, but now I want HP for a gift, and then so as not to embarrass myself if the quality of HP turns out to be the same as their MV series 5xx.

Not a lot and not a little, for DeLonghi EOB 2071 that is on the farm, the bucket got jammed in the oil seal after three years, the coating on the scapula peeled off 100%, the bucket was pretty shabby. New on sale did not find something like this. Bucket repair

maks592, I had an aluminum gasket for many years in my HP. For Panasonic 255 Gasket dimensions: outer diameter 70 mm, inner diameter 58 mm, thickness 0.8-1.0 mm. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=637.40
I did not cut it with a laser, of course, but just with scissors for metal

Today I brought the bucket to the factory! I didn't find a caliper at home - they started playing somewhere! Not the size of the lining at all! ring 64x54 mm. 70 will not fit down there, and if you put it under the upper part of the support, then the inner 64mm ... the outer diameter of the node itself is 63.5mm. He enters the "mom" with a SMALL gap. 70mm just won't fit ... not at all.
and the pins themselves do not allow the ring to be worn under the upper part of the stop. The gap is minimal between the ring and the "male", therefore, the ring simply cannot be turned to the desired angle so that it bypasses the pins.
Or a mistake in numbers or another bucket.
Today after dinner they will cut everything out, try it on in the evening and unsubscribe!

PySy: trying on "mom" does not work! I don’t have a caliper and a caliper doesn’t fit there!

Duck that the delongues, that the moulinex are "caliph for an hour", neither two nor one and a half. They are not supposed to work long. As I read somewhere, Italians and French do it glamorously, but not for long. And Panas can get bored, but not break. It's like a Sony TV set, three consoles have already been demolished, and the TV set is alive and boring, outdated, but the Samsung 55 "burned out in a thunderstorm and got Sonya out of the bins while they were deciding what to do with that TV set.
maks592
I messed up with the dimensions! "mom" is conical! the ring does not fit! I'm doing new 61.8x52
maks592
Everyone is gut! But it is better to make 62.3 x 52 - it will sit tighter in the "mom"!
and 0.7 thickness is not enough for me! 1mm - it would be! But in general, the bucket got up smoother and if you turn it with your hands during installation, it is clamped very tightly. There is a thought that I spoiled the mount myself. I just put the bucket on and turned it clockwise without effort. Maybe it was necessary to forcefully clamp?
AlexIII
maks592, I just turn too. I bought Panasonic in December, everything is fine with the mount. Most likely you just have a marriage. Yes, and according to my post earlier (every other time the cake was baked) - I changed the yeast to Pakmaya and everything works out. Ugh, ugh - so as not to jinx it)))).

Gentlemen, what is the difference between the European model SD-ZB2502BXC and the model for our market (D-ZB 2502 BTS)? It seems that there are only 10 programs and I don't know if there is a possibility of changing the language in the menu ...
Added: Already figured out, there are more modes in the European, but there is no "Pelmeni" mode. Now I don't know which is more important - the "Dumplings" mode or the "Sweet bun", "Sandwich", and "Italian bread" modes

A citizen, if a stove as a gift, for example, I would give a Panasonic. Anything can break.

But on the other hand, on this stove, right out of the box and opening a book with recipes, even without having the basics of baking art, you can easily get a suitable bakery product)

Well, this is probably for everyone now, the main thing in Panasonic has always been that this is an unbreakable technique, I would not want it to be like with their latest MV.

marinastom,
Everything is simpler with us, without frills, therefore there is nothing to share.

Dumplings mode, it's just kneading dough for 20 minutes

For Europeans, dumplings are alien, therefore there is no regime)
Countryman
I mix the dough on "dumplings" for bagels. And for much more, too, which is more abrupt.
serg1980
I found this message from Elena, which tipped my balance in the direction of the European:
Quote: Elena 65
I chose the "European" for several reasons:
1.their price is lower on the Internet market (the absence of domestic guarantees affects)
2. the presence of three additional programs Italian, Brioche, Sandwich. For 2 months now I have been constantly baking chabata, gray bread (before that I baked in other modes and I liked the Italian mode more on combined ones). Brioche cannot be replaced with any other mode. The pastry is very tasty. Sandwich did not yet understand its zest, baked it once and switched to other modes. The husband makes dough for dumplings with his hands, although there is a kitchen. harvester.

I will stir the dough in the "Pizza" or "Basic Fast" mode, interrupting the program after kneading.

Eh, if Panasonic added a programming mode with manual setting of the duration of each stage, these bread makers would not have been worth the price.

I wonder if there are analogues of Panasonic bread makers for the taste of baked bread, but with a programming mode?
Alex100
serg1980,

dough for dumplings from Panas

flour 450 g
salt 0.5 tsp
egg 1pc
water (room temperature) 210ml

kneading 20 minutes
if the dough needs to be steeper, then with the handles (the load on the motor is large)
but according to this recipe, the dough turns out good, soft
I then poured a little flour into it and rolled it on a rolling dough

Sibiryachka Inna,
Kulich in a Panasonic SD 2511 bread maker
Ingredients:
dry yeast, fast-acting - 2.5 tsp.
wheat flour - 450 g.
sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
salt - 0.5 tsp.
vanillin - to taste (finished loaf about 1 kg.)
raisins (dried apricots, prunes, fresh apple) - full dispenser, I intended 165 g.
large chicken egg - 3 pcs. or 4 pcs. small
sunflower oil (or better olive) - 6 tbsp. l., can be replaced with butter - 110 g or half a glass
milk (water) - 100 ml., if there are apples - a little less

We put everything in a bucket in the same sequence as in the recipe. We select the program "basic bread with raisins" (for the dispenser to work) - size XL, medium or small crust, if you will spread the icing. If you use 4 eggs - look after the "kolobok"; if the dough is too liquid, add 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour.
We make the glaze from chilled proteins (you can put 2 yolks and 2 eggs in the cake, and use 2 proteins for glaze) and powdered sugar or fine sugar using a blender (mixer), add lemon juice for better elasticity. Ratio - 2 proteins per cup of powdered sugar. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until foamy, then gradually add the powder, whisking constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved. The mixture hardens pretty quickly, so don't think too long. And yes - you need to cover the already cooled cake))).
