Crab salad

Ingredients

Boiled-frozen Kamchatka crab (legs) 1 kg
Boiled eggs 2 pcs.
Canned corn 3 tbsp. l.
boiled rice 4 tbsp. l.
Chopped greens 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Throw the crab legs into boiling water and cook from the moment of boiling for 5 minutes.
  • We clean, grind and mix with the rest of the ingredients, fill with dressing - mayonnaise + homemade yogurt.
