Chopped milk chocolate 680 g
Whipped cream 240 ml
Dried cherries 60 g
Almond extract 1.5 tsp.
Chopped walnuts 200 g
A little cocoa powder

  • 1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath over medium heat (up to 43 ° C).
  • 2. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer over medium heat.
  • 3. Remove the chocolate from the water bath, add the hot cream and beat with a mixer until
  • homogeneous mass.
  • 4. Then add the cherry and almond extract to this mass.
  • 5. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate.
  • 6. Take the parchment and lightly dust it with cocoa powder.
  • 7. When the mass hardens, mold truffles out of it in the form of balls and put them on parchment,
  • roll in walnuts (they can be crushed with a rolling pin).
  • 8. Cool truffles in the refrigerator

Note

These milk chocolate truffles with a great cherry aroma are perfect with a cup of coffee or liquor.
