This stick contains the whole trick! Now, for clarity, I just made a photo with the removal of excess dough using a plastic stack. Only bread dough was at hand (tore off a piece and a bit rolled with flour) The main thing is that the width of the stick allows it to be in the gap.

And here is the stack for plasticine from the children's set. It was a little wider than necessary, so I had to hold one edge a couple of times over the file. Plastic is grinded like soap.

The dumplings will be juicy and delicious. Make dumplings with such minced meat, serve it to your husband and don't say anything about cabbage. My guests will never guess why I have such delicious and juicy minced meat in my dumplings. If you scroll through ordinary cabbage, not frozen, then individual small fragments of cabbage will be visually noticeable in the minced meat, and there will be no such juiciness.
